After contacting the local Honda dealership for help - and they were NO help at all - I called Justin at Sparks and he said to bring the van on up to the dealership and he'd take a look at it. We were in and out in 20 minutes - it was a simple fix that took him all of 5 minutes. The Honda dealership was going to charge us over $100 just for diagnostics and, let's just say, Sparks price was MUCH better!
I am a loyal customer of Sparks now due in most part to their service department!
