After the worst oil change experience of my life, I found myself and my daughter stuck on the side of the interstate... We had the car towed back to the oil change place (not thinking we didn't really want the NEAR our car, as it was after hours and we were exhausted by the time roadside assistance came. We actually called our mechanic, Tye Berard in Mandeville, who told us to have it towed to the Volvo dealership and not to let the oil change place touch it, because of the potential to hide serious damage and avoid financial responsibility.
So, we had our '07 XC90 Sport towed to Bergeron for a careful check-up on the engine performance, a report detailing the finds, and a Volvo certified oil change/filter. From the very first time I spoke with him, the service department manager, Lawrence, was friendly, helpful, and even returned my call SUPER fast. I got very lucky (Thank goodness for the Yamaha engine) and had no damage, AND the cost was INSANELY reasonable considering it was a DEALERSHIP-- and a VOLVO one at that!
Everyone we spoke to from the desk, to salesmen in passing, to finance managers, etc. had great attitudes and amazing customer service skills. The maintenance guy for the place was doing some cleaning up around closing time when we picked it up, and he was so pleasant it was noteworthy. Bergeron Volvo management team, You must be doing something right!!
Great service, great price, professional on the phone, and very detailed in their paperwork. Definitely will be seeing them for my oil changes from now on!

Dropped car off it had started to rain so they put the car inside untill the parts came in. Picked up the car and it was washed and vacuumed.

Always use the oil service . Same price as everywhere else and they know what they are doing.

They did a good job, I usually go there for maintenance and service. I would use them in the future.
