They did a great job but were very expensive.

Alex was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. He cleaned my pool after a hurricane within a day of contacting him for $400 cheaper than another quote I got. The only issue I had is that I contacted him more than once to send me a receipt and did not receive.

The owner was paid in full hours after he said he was finished. The pool was not filled with water after re plastering. When it was filled enough the next day I turned on the filter and water spewed out of the filter and neither pump would run. The next day there were rust like stains on the brand new gunite. He claims they are berry stains. There are no berry trees around and berry falling in pool would not leave streaks down the wall. They ruined my brand new deck and he came out power washed The deck. There were hundreds of chips off the deck from their equipment and moving items around in yard. Power washing is not going to put the paint back on the deck. He then came out and used the paint I had and now there are spots of discolored patched that are so visible. He also changed settings on fountain and waterfall and now neither one of them work. Advise. Dont pay bayou pools until you inspect their work and are satisfied. A complete phony!

The work was not completed. When I contacted Alexander Schmidt, he promised to return and complete the work and never did. There were several problems but I did not want him to return to my property, when he finally offered to return one month later I declined his offer.

Superb service - dependable - ultimate professional in every aspect - extremely knowledgeable. Met with me after first phone conversation. Arrived exactly the time scheduled. The pool needed to be drained and cleaned , power washed, acid washed , refilled and chemicals balanced. The pool is clean and beautiful while all being accomplished in a very short period of time. I am extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend Alex and his crew!!!

Bayou was able to come out and take care of several critical repairs to my pool the same day. Excellent communication and customer service, and excellent work. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any and all pool needs.
