"Wow! After all of the extra work that was done trying to please this customer at NO extra charge due to all of the bad exeriences they claimed to have had with other contractors, I'm VERY shocked to see this. It ended up costing the company money to do this. [removed member name] was trying to get one of our workers to do work for her on the side and stopped payment on our check after being asked about it. It is very unfair when comments like this one is made when we strive for customer satisfaction.We will continue to take pride in our work."
