Went in to get tires rotated before going up to Wisconsin for the Holidays and to fix heater hose. One quick glance at the tires they said they need to be replace, almost balled tires. Replaced them 2 days later and fixed hose before our trip. Tires worked great in the snow up north.
Went back in 2 weeks later to get turn signal bulb replaced , and they remembered me and asked how my trip went. I was impressed that they remembered me !

Got right to it, waited for and did not wait too long. Good price. Pleasant waiting room.

I have an older SUV and do not plan on purchasing a new car anytime soon. Shawn and his crew at Autoville perform all of my maintenance and keep me on the road safe. They are honest, do not try to sell you any services you don't need, are very knowledgable and do great work. They do all of my oil changes and I purchase my tires here too. I can HIGHLY recommend Autoville Car Care.

I had mixed feelings about using this company. But I had several things to do and I gave it a shot. They gave me several options. The tire I needed had to be ordered. They placed the order. Before I left I made sure the woman behind the counter had my contact information (phone number). She assured me that she did. I ended up calling them the next day around 12:30 to follow up because I had not heard from them. They said "oh the tire is in, we didn't have your phone number." When I went back in to get the tire installed, the same woman was behind the counter. I asked her why she didn't have my phone # or information. She said "I just assumed the person that was helping you first, got your information." There was no apology. So I went ahead and had the tire installed. I think there was a major lack of communication, responsiveness and diligency with the service I received.

Shawn (owner) is upfront and honest. He'll tell you what you need and what you don't. I use him as a lie detector for other mechanics (especially with chains). My wife and I have had 3 vehicles serviced multiple times at Autoville. After the first contact, I haven't used anyone else except oil-change quick stops.
All service has been top-notch. He's even had people drive me home and pick me up when the repair is done.

They are my saviors! They take good care of me. I have nothing but praise for them. They handle everything very nicely. I have no complaints. The quality of their service really stands out. Their pricing is in the ball park. It is a pleasure to go in there. It's a good experience. Nobody wants to have problems with their cars, but they are helpful with helping me prevent things. They provide good advice and service.

I find that they provide great service. They always provide an estimate for services but I have not compared prices recently. They seem to receive extensive training so the quality has been good. They are top-notch people. No matter how many times I go in, I get a smile and they know my name. That means so much to me!
