Report was ok overall, but a major error was discovered (report falsely claimed home had been flooded) which made the whole process more stressful and less straightforward.  The appraiser quickly said it was a mistake, but the lender was never made aware of the mistake (I had to tell them) and thus was more skeptical during underwriting.  The only plus is that it did encourage us to go back and re-check the area's history of flooding, talk to the neighbors, and further scrutinize the report for mistakes (a few other minor ones were noted).  Bottom line, even if it was an honest mistake, the provider could have  corrected it more quickly and communicated better with lender and client.  The valuation seemed appropriate, but definitely check for errors if you use this service.
