+ -1 moreGreat, Mark took his time to earn my trust and he is very professional. It was about making sure my equipment is in great working order, not what he can sell me or how much he can get out of me. All business should be like this one!
Description of Work: Mark, is wonderful! He won’t fix it unless it needs it! I run a cleaning service and was paying $60 + to service my Orecks.. NOT ANYMORE!!! Mark fixed the cord on my Oreck vacuum for $16 and refused to fix anything w/out first asking me. He looked at two shampooers for damages for FREE!!!! He understands that my equipment is for work and I need them fixed if needed not because he can charge me $60 to look at it. (I'm referring to Oreck store) I will not step foot back in Nelson road Oreck, Mark can fix ANYTHING! And he carries everything I could need for my business. I will do business with Vac Central every time and highly recommend them as I have been using what I thought was the best-Oreck store, but they charge you just for coming in there store. Vac Central is by far the BEST in town-And he fixes anything with a motor, not just vacuums! Thank you so much Vac Central!!
