CUTTERS

The spendal on my huskvarna riding lawn mower(the part that holds the blade) malfunctioned. i had passed cutters shop in the past and decided to give them a try. i delivered my mower explained the problem to the repair man and left. 2 weeks later I received a call saying my mower was ready. they had done some additional work which was no problem i payed 350.00 for the repairs brought the mower home and mowed my lawn. Everything appeared fine. 10 days later i mowed again half way the spindal failed again. i loaded the mower returned it to cutters where i was informed i would have to pay for the repair a 2nd time. i argued the point but due to a half mowed lawn i gave in. and payed. when i returned the repair man said an apprentice had left out a washer and i would only be charged the 70 dollar checkup fee. (which should not have happened) brought the mower home where the spendal failed again. i called cutters and was told  the problem must be with my mower. i delivered my mower to another establishment was charged 170 to repair the exact same spendal. The mower has performed for 3 mowings app 8hours flowlessly. i took the repair bill to cutters where i was told they where not responsible and would not be able to help me.
