Company was hired by builder to install HVAC in our new house in November 2007. The unit was certainly bottom of the line. We have no idea what brand it is. Our coil unit was defective, along with most of the other units in the neighborhood. It took over a year to get a replacement. During those 15 months, we would call Reed's every few weeks to get our refrigerant refilled. We finally received a replacement unit in March 2009. Although service was slow, the company was generally responsive and polite.

This company could not fix a broken record much less an A/C and heating unit. It amazes everyone on our block that they are still in business. The call service is extremely rude and the service men always have an excuses. Be prepared to take your shirt off when it's hot out, and a thick blanket when it's cold. I would highly discourage anyone from hiring this company for their heating and A/C needs.
Description of Work: Installed all A/C and heating units in our subdivision.
