Mclain, Dr. Elizabeth

This was my second visit. I had left work two hours early to make the appointment. Traffic was heavy and I called the office when I was a block away to let them know that I was only a few minutes away and I'd be there just a couple of minutes after my scheduled appointment. The receptionist immediately told me that I had to reschedule even though I was practically in the parking lot. I told her that I was right nearby and she told me that she'd have to check with Dr. McClain. She came back to the phone and told me "No, because it was already 4 minutes late, it would be too late." I told her I was in the parking lot and she rudely told me that I'd have to reschedule, with no compassion or understanding whatsoever.
Obviously I never went back and found a much better practice.

She is a very caring, knowledgeable and experienced. I have lived alot of places and of all the doctors I have seen, she is among the top ones. I also take supplements and she knew all about them and extra that helped me a lot. Her office staff is also very friendly and helpful and for me to go back, the doctor and front desk has to have these qualities.

She is a very nice person to talk to. She is really interested in her patients. I haven't been seeing her for that long. It is easy to make an appointment. The office environment is good. I haven't really been treated. So far the billing has been good. I would go back to her.
