CRESCENT CITY DELIVERY

This company was contracted through another company to deliver a kitchen table. They called me to schedule a delivery time and required that I be available 8am - 5pm. The appt. day came and no delivery. I called the company and spoke to Mike who found a clerical error, delivery was listed in one place for Monday and 2nd place for Tuesday. I asked him if he could please give me a smaller window if I had to stay home again. He set up delivery between 2-5pm on Tuesday. I also asked him to clarify the delivery svc w set up and trash removal because I didn't want to risk having any more issues. Mike confirmed that I was and two drivers were scheduled. Tuesday I get a call 3 hours before delivery scheduled. He asked if I could take it now so I rearranges my schedule once again and wait for him. Driver arrived alone 12 minutes later. I asked him if he could handle everything alone and he said all he was to do was drop it off. I called company to speak to Mike. He told me to hold and put me on with an Amy who said later that she was the operations manager. Amy said the driver could leave the items and she would send someone out later today to unpack the product but they did not assemble. So I asked her what time and she said it would be after 2pm so I agree to stay home the rest of the day and wait. Then she said I did not pay for this service so she could not do anything. I did pay for the service and have the paperwork to show for it but she would not make a call or wait for me to call, she was going to pull driver. Amy rudely told me they would not do anything further. After several minutes of asking for her help with a solution and her rudely refusing I asked to speak to her boss Be (the owner). She said she would leave a msg. but he was not there. Amy remained extremely rude until I asked to speak to Ben (owner) and she backed down ever so slightly. 2 days of missed work and multiple errors and misinformation by them did not concern them at all.
