Climate Tamers was EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE with my A/C repairs. I had A/C issues with the home warranty company for 8 months, Climate Tamers came in one day and accessed the air conditioning system and the next day I had cold air throughout the house. Both the upstairs and downstairs units are working well. I am enjoying my new thermostat. I’ve asked them to come back and raise the height of the outside unit to make it less susceptible to flooding.

Kyle the tech arrived within an hour so of me calling for service. Upon removing the a/c panel he found my problem within seconds and fixed within minutes. Kyle went beyond my issue and checked the unit for leaks and the levels of refrigerant. It didn't cost me an arm and leg. Kyle was personable and knowledgeable. I'd recommend time after time.

THIS COMPANY HAS INCREDIBLE EMPLOYEES. MY HEAT WAS NOT WORKING. I CALLED A DIFFERENT COMPANY LAST YEAR AND THEY COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM. I CALLED "CLIMATE TAMERS" AND WITHIN15 MINUTES THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM. THEY CONTINUED TO THOROUGHLY CHECK TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER HEATING PROBLEMS.THEY SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM PART. EXPLAINED WHAT EXACTLY THE PROBLEM WAS.THEGENTLEMEN WERE KIND,CONSIDERATE,AND FANTASTIC.I ADVISE YOU TO CALL "CLIMATE TAMERS"; THEY WILL GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

Climate tamers checked all the required boxes. High customer service, reasonably priced, and high quality products. Brad was on time with the estimate and install and did a great job explaining exactly what the repair would entail. After receiving 3 other quotes for a new condenser, climate tamers made me feel the most comfortable that they were professionals at what they do. They evaluated the problem promptly and fixed it within a day. It require the replacement of an entire condenser because of a short. The price was not cheap but within line with what I have experience. They also got a crain to hoist the unit to the roof with no extra cost.

This was the smoothest interaction I’ve had with having an AC issue! The tech was on time, very polite and super knowledgeable. Climate Tamers made a recommendation for the best way to repair my system. To their great credit, they were able to respect my judgment when I decided on a different option, since I believed the economics alone did not properly reflect my situation. They provided the solution I requested, as compared with two outer outfits that would not do anything unless it was done their (much more expensive and disruptive) way. Customer Loyalty 101.

Brad Miller provided excellent, friendly service. The company was accommodating around my schedule, replacing my HVAC system while I was work. I left the house with a broken A/C system and came home to a comfortable, cool home. After everything was done, they cleaned everything up. It was as if no one was there. Brad checked in with me several times in the following weeks to make sure everything was well. The price was very fair also. I would definitely use them again in the future.
