Munchen Motors has been offering unparalleled service to Northshore European vehicles for over 25 years. Come visit our new facility featuring 7 bays and 4 dealer level tech's that have a combined experiance of over 75 years. We are now located next door to Clearwater Pools just north of Lakeview Hospital on the service road. We have factory scan tools and offer dealer like service. We use only Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and factory oil filters for all late model servicing. Our goal is to have minor service work performed same day and all other work completed within two days however, parts delays can cause delays with completion. We offer local rides when dropping off vehicles (please arrange before dropping off). We can arrange for vehicle pick-up for factory warranty work and can perform all service contract warranty work after the factory warranty has expired. Any service work we perform will not void your factory warranty. We can install any aftermarket upgrades for your vehicle such as but not limited to superchargers, exhaust, brakes, wheels, tires or suspension upgrades. We can help with the ins and outs of a particular upgrade however, we do not make suggestions for which upgrade or company has better products. You must do your own research!

We offer a wide variety of repairs for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, VW, Audi, Mini and Sprinters. Ranging from engine and transmission replacment to simple oil changes. We also offer tire replacement, headlight restoration, small dent and scratch removal and leather repair/dying.
Services we don't offer
We do not restore complete vehicles, replace convertable tops or perform body shop repairs.

There seems to be a massive disconnect between the front office and the back mechanical garage. Communication between you and them is the worst thing of all. The only sure call you're going to get on the progress of your vehicle is to come pick it up and pay. If you were supposed to pick your car up by 5 PM, you're calling at 4:45 to see if it's ready and expect to be disappointed. If they say that they'll call you around 3 PM to give you an update, don't bet on it. Consistently ignoring promises, agreements and elementary customer service is a hallmark of this company. If you're used to being treated badly by mechanical shops and don't mind, then this is your place. But don't do it for the price. Munchen is really no cheaper than the dealership.
I really can't say enough about this except to marvel at how long they have managed to stay in business. I have a feeling that the mechanics who actually work on the cars are probably quite good. It's the management or ownership whose scheduling, coordinating and communicating really set this place apart from the competition.
I have used Munchen for the past couple of years and all personnel are always professional and courteous.
In the middle of the process, they thought about giving up since they had tried everything and seemed not to find the problem.. but they kept trying and trying until they finally were able to uncover the mystery!!
During all that time, we have received a few phone calls with updates, and we have called them too and always answered very professional.
When we received the bill we were expecting huge bucks, but they were extremely considerate with us.
We would use them again, I just hope we don't have to anytime soon..
