The representative was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time. Answered all my questions and helped set up outside treatment for this week. Showed me every where treatment would be placed and how it would be done. Even took care of the inside of the house today because of my travel arrangements. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience.

They come out and do their job and we have never had any problems.

They are great. Very dependable, very trustworthy. We never have bug problems. If we ever have gotten a bump in ants or wasps or roaches or spiders, they have always made an immediate adjustment and the problem goes away in a few days. Ja Roy deserves to be praised.

They came and did the yearly spraying for insects. If you have any problems, they'll come right back. Their service usually lasts about a year. They can come back more, if you need it, though. They always do a good job and they are on time, which I really appreciate about them. If they're not on time, they will give you a call. We've been using them for a long time.

Technician came in, routinely did his spraying [which he has done for years] and promply left. Entire process took approximately 20 miinutes. Went very smoothly.

Everything was positive. They came out and did an application and I still had a couple of issues with bugs a couple of weeks later and they came back out at no charge and did another spray and I have not had any issues since. I will hire them again in the future.

I called JA Roy to inquire about termite inspection, treatment, and contracts. Our slab was treated by JA Roy when it was constructed 7 years ago, but apparently our builder did not pay the bill so when I inquired about renewing the contract a year later they were going to make us pay several hundred dollars extra for his unpaid account, which I did not agree with. So in subsequent years we did not maintain the contract. Now that my house is on the market we wanted to see about getting it under contract in case a buyer requires it. They no longer had record of the original slab treatment.

On this recent occasion, the JA Roy rep came promptly to inspect the property and give me a quote for treatment and contract. Initial treatment, which would involve digging a small trench around the house and putting a chemical barrier in the ground, would cost about $500 (I don't have the quote in front of me). To renew the warranty each year would be $110. I inquired about an certificate, which I believe would cost about $80, but the representative recommended we wait until we get a contract on the house since the certificates are required to be within a certain number of days of the sale closing. I appreciated his sharing that information with me rather than taking money for a certificate that may not be good by the time we need it.

The representative was very knowledgeable and professional and I appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I would have given them an A rating, but I am still disappointed that they did not honor the initial slab treatment a few years ago due to my builder's unpaid account which should not be my concern.

We have the annual termite contract with them where they come out and check everything. We also have a pest control contract with them where they come out quarterly to spray. When we bought this house a year ago they had the termite contract and they had a special on the first pest control so we have been loyal to them ever since. Every time we have any type of concern or question we call the office and ask the manager about any bugs. He was very thorough and helped us understand what we should not be worried about and what we should be concerned about regarding any bugs because we moved here from the Midwest.
