They don't hesitate to come out in between appointments if needed.  I like that they kill the termites, but do not pollute my soil.  They do a good job, and are very trustworthy.  They have been easy to work with, and I would highly recommend them.

I have been using them for years and they are excellent.  They have been around forever.  They have been doing the house since the house was built.  I have had no problems with them.  If I didn’t like them, I wouldn’t be doing business with them.  They call us as soon as they get the cheque and its up to me to make the appointments.  They respond very quickly.  They call before they come and they are very punctual.  They are very professional.

I've called Ernie with Billiot for a general house treatment (back in September) and to address an outdoor rat as well as to set up a termite contract (november).  I have never seen a bug in my house, the rat is gone and I am very impressed with their services.  Ernie is very professional and seems to be a very good person, too.  He is very thorough in explaining what the bugs like/don't like, what a homeowner should or shouldn't do, etc.    He was aware and addressed my concerns that treatment not harm my family or dog.  Would highly recommend them.



UPDATE (7/25/14) Have continued to use Billiot's prior to and since my original review.  I am still very satisfied with their services.  Ernie is still my main contact and is a joy to work with.  I also like that Billiot's is so flexible and able to accommodate my schedule.

My overall experience is an A. They are very good. One time a man came here it was raining and we said "No we don't want you to spray an it gets washed away". So he resechduled us for another day that was sunny and nice.

I spend about $500 annually for their services and it’s like $130 for the annual termite inspection. The guy comes on time and he is here when I need him. When I asked him to come out to spray for termites, he came out that day. So, that was pretty good. I have been using his services for 6 years now.

They are very good. Whenever I call them for anything, when I need them, they are always here that day. If not that day, they come next morning. They were cheaper than anybody. They did a good job. They are very good. I would use them in the future.

They arrived when promised and when delayed, called ahead and and gave an ETA.
Several treatment options were explained and prices for each were given.

They were actually early on both occasions that they came to the house, first time for the inspection and then for the treatment, which I greatly appreciated. They worked really quickly. They came and trenched the outside of the house and put down some chemical barriers and all for termites. I have worked with other companies that would have taken about eight to nine hours to do what they did in about four and a half; moreover, the quality of the work seems to be about the same. I was very pleased with the service that I got. This was the initial setup treatment. Every year thereafter, they will do an inspection and treatments as needed. The price for the subsequent years would be $135 a year. Their prices are much more reasonable and competitive than other companies. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Problem resolved, don't see the roaches anymore, ants on on occasion and usually right before they are due to come back for another visit.  The $320 was for 4 visits/year.

They used to come every other month, but now they come twice a year.  I have had them a long time.  The quality of their service is excellent.

We checked out their rep before calling...and with the neighbors,as well. Everything was favorable so we called them. Their inspection and recommendation for service was prompt and we hired them right away. They did an initial treatment. It's not like the old days when you had to spray noxious oily stuff all over your house. We have pets and want them to be safe as well. No problem. We are very happy with our service.

They checked everything and they came on time and were very reasonable. We signed a yearly contract with them and we were very impressed. They came on time and we didn't have to wait all day. They did everything quickly and efficiently. The charge was for the initial assessment and first treatment. Their price was in line with everybody else. We have only used them once.

They are reasonably priced. We have had some scheduling problems this year because they can't spray the outside of the house when it's raining. They are very friendly people and honest. If anything has to be moved they do not mind moving it. A lot of others would say no I'm not moving anything, I'm here to spray that's it. They are very accommodating.
