I am so very disappointed and in tears 😭😭😭with Fords Roofing Service. I They were hired to change my entire roof using money from my special needs daughter trust . How ever the roof was changed but not changed properly and it when it rains it goes in the walls in my home causing my walls to soften around the entire home and it has cost my special needs daughter to get sick from the mold being present along the wall in the room where she slept . I have been reaching out calling leaving messages after messages. Not a call back or nothing. I have had several roofing contractors come and look at it however they all say the room was not properly done. They all said the water is getting in the walls from the along the edges, so that’s why the walls and floors and etc are messed up on all 4 sides in the shape of the home. It got so bad to where special needs daughter eventually passed away from mold being present in the home. I am mentally depressed and stressed from numerous attempts for a very long time trying to contact them and still no answers or resolution, This is overwhelming and depressing knowing my daughter has died from getting sick and died from a roof not being done properly. This is not right I am bitter and angry

The roofer didn't change out all the roof fixtures and the flashing around the chimney. So I had a very bad water leak in the house. Which damaged my new carpet. And when I called the roofing company. They stated it was my bricks that was to blame. So I had a new roofer come out to repair their horrible work. Which cost me more money.

It went well, he did have a problem with a neighbor. Professionalism was not what I expected, but very pleased with his work.

My experience of working with them was fair. They got my roof done, but it wasn't quite what they had promised me. I had to call them back several times just to get the job completed and it finally got completed. I wouldn't say that the quality of workmanship was real high. The price was good, but I don't think I would use them again.

It was a good experience. They were nice people to have work for you. They came when they said they would, they were on time.
