The team did an excellent job of painting the house. There were some hiccups in the process of getting the right paint color and one area had to be repainted, but it was quickly corrected and taken care of the next day. The painters were very conscientious and cleaned up and left the work areas very neat each day.

Robert, the painter/carpenter was a highly competent, hard worker. He worked full days in temperatures approaching 100 degrees. He was unfailingly polite and knowledgeable. Thomas, the project manager, kept me informed of arrival times and costs. He was efficient in delivering extra boards as needed.

Robert was Very professional , courteous, and very hard- working!My house was power washed and painted in less than a week. He did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. When friends and neighbors see the house, they notice the quality paint job immediately!! It really makes my house noticeable.

I have tried to get them to finish my fence since April. I would suggest not to pay until they completely finish your job. I am not sure how they are going to back up warranty since I am only able to get voicemails.

We did perform an estimate for him but he did NOT hire us, he hired someone else instead. Client has been reminded of this but stubbornly insists on leaving a bad review up on my company."

We picked some very difficult paint colors that made the job a lot more difficult. Thomas and the crew did a great job and made sure that the final outcome looked great. It took several coats to make it look great, but that did not matter. They did what it took. I would highly recommend CertaPro for your painting project.

My project is not completed yet, but, to date, I couldnâ t be more pleased. Brady & Thomas are knowledgeable and responsive. Mark is hard-working, fast and meticulous. I canâ t wait to see the final product!!! Well, the project is officially complete and it looks FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend CertaPro Painters. They did everything I asked and my home actually looks much better than I could have ever imagined. No regrets whatsoever...

Where to begin? From Thomas coming by to go over colors and a schedule, to the actual young men who did the painting - my wife and i were amazed at the efficiency and professionalism. Thomas was especially helpful - he checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were satisfied with the progress his guys were making - and came by the next day to review their work and once again check on our satisfaction. (they also did the entire job faster than expected!) I mean, WOW, these guys were awesome from start to finish. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

i hired CertaPro Painters to paint and do some wood repair on the outside of my home in Shreveport. The wood work was done in a timely manner and the work was excellent. After the weather cleared up they were able to start on the painting they worked non stop from daylight to dark. Thomas Joseph was so good to me and explained things clearly and was extremely helpful, he knows his job. Michelle and Dylan the painters were professional, tidy, and did an excellent job. They were all friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with. I love the outcome and will recommend them gladly.

Contacted CertaPro Painters 7 months before actual work was to be performed. Manager came out and gave an estimate which was fair and reasonable. All work was listed. Time passed and I called for them to do the work and within a few weeks they came and did what I had requested. The work was done very well. Painters were courteous and worked at a good pace. My wife and I are well pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone, and we would use them again.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I was told before signing the contract that I would get a daily status update at the end of each day after starting the job, which never happened. Other than that, Brian was great and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well and the house looks great.

Michael Smart was professional and responsive. His bid was the highest I received but I contracted with him because I was impressed with the company policies, warranty, plus they have insurance and workman comp. The project was a repaint new color of seven sets of shutters five of which are on the second level of the house, repair and paint porch and balcony support beams and repaint two garage doors and trim. The painter Michael assigned was a friendly guy and a hard worker but he had some problems with attention to detail that became very tiresome. He fixed almost everything that I pointed out and overall did a pretty good job. Michael appears to have a good business started but more supervision is needed for it to be a great business. Will consider CertaPro again
