They never got it fixed right. It started like 6/10/17 and they just finished. I have a warranty with this so I paid $100 under the warranty what it cost after it was all done I don't know.

I have been using them for the last several years once I finally found them. They are very responsive, even in this busy time they manage to come to take care of a problem was occuring, which I guess is what most people have with heating and air, they need them immediately. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Great and easy to deal with.

I am very pleased with them. They came out a couple of times in a year. They would call me to come out to do a routine maintenance. If we have a problem, they will be able to come out within 24 hours to correct it. They are reasonably priced and they do a great job. I would recommend others that if they look at somebody good, trustworthy, does a good job and charges good price then give them an opportunity.

They are my standard heating and air conditioning people. I spent about $130 for the last service. The last service went well. I have been using them for a number of years now. They perform the service I request. I get a discount for about 10% if I use their services couple of times a year. They are good. I appreciate them. If they weren't good, then I wouldn't have used them to service my heating and air twice a year at least. I would use their services in the future too.

Our large Lennox A/C unit would not come on. We called the only Lennox dealer listed in the Baton Rouge phone book and contacted Total Comfort for service. The repairman arrived and, after a brief look at the outside unit, came inside and examined the inside vertical assembly's control wiring. He immediately began rewiring and even added a relay. When the unit did not come on, he re-examined the outside unit and reporated a power relay was bad. He then noticed that the unit was not wired as he originally thought it should be. He obtained a replacement relay, performed that replacement and the unit then started up. He presented us with a major bill near $800 if I remember correctly. I asked him if he shouldn't clean the unit and restore the inside wiring and he declined saying that he was out of time. Our major problem, besides sloppy and erratic work, was that he had pulled all the control wiring out, cut wires, added wired, and did not even fiinish wiring in the additional relay he stuck on the unit. In short, he left a rat's nest. We reported our dissatisfaction to Paul Fontenot, the owner, and exchanged emails with him providing him with ample pictures and documentation for the unit. He claimed he would take care of the problems and asked for time to search for and locate the proper Lennox parts. He defrayed our bill for the time being. We did not hear from Mr. Fontenot after that and calls to his business fell on his answering service's ears only. He would not take our calls. This was nearly two and one half years ago. He has yet to resolve the issues. Copies of our emails and pictures of the work are available for review.
