+ -1 morehad a bad Hot water heater needed to be replace, they did come out after two days after the scheulded appt. was made. It was a young inexperience person just to tell me the Hot water heater was bad and needed to replace, I told them that when I called them out. Instead of making a effort to remove it due to it was leaking in the attic and damage my ceiling in my bedroom. The service person cell phone was ringing and he said he had to go another service call he was needed else where . He left me with a leaking Hot water heater I'm thinking what about my need where the service? Plus the price was over the top. I can not recommend them to anyone it was a bad experience. I call another vendor and the service was excellent in a matter of a couple of hours the old heater was removed and the new one replace they were very professional.

+ -1 moreI called on Sunday. We set up an appointment time for Monday afternoon. He was running a little late working on a previous job, so he called to let me know he would be late and to reassure me he would be here. He and his assistant arrived, checked the attic, and performed the necessary repair quickly. They swept up when they were done. The AC is working fine.
