Bruce Roofing was very quick in responding to the call. He was ready to come immediately to access the problem and found immediately what all needed to be done. In 24 hours he was ordering the materials and ready to get started with the work. The crew came in on time and got the work done and I had a new roof within couple days. I would recommend Bruce Roofing to others in need of repairing or replacing the roof.

I was given a written estimate and when the work was finished I was given a written guarantee of materials and labor. Shortly after the work was finished we had a rain and we still had 2 leaks. When I called Bruce roofing, he came right back out and corrected the problem. With 2 days steady freezing rain and sleet, no leaks. He stands behind his work.

I got a call within minutes of submitting my information. He is very professional. Submitted a quote in writing and had the work completed within a couple of hours. Our insurance adjustor had given us an estimate of the repair cost. His quote was right on the money. I was very impressed with his work and his customer service. I would hire him again.

Of course no one wants to pay the money to get their roof repaired but I must admit, with a lifetime guarantee my family and I are extremely happy and confident that our roof fix will last a lifetime. We were so happy with Bruce's knowledge. While on the job, he noticed another area that had to have taken in water before we purchased the home. He displayed the water damage area and confirmed this with me in the attic. I rehired him to fix that area as well. I am so lucky to have found a very professional, honest person to repair my chimney and will definitely consider him for future work on my house. Bruce and his crew did a fantastic job for a very good price and without inflating the cost of this repair by repairing more than was needed. They worked very efficiently and left my yard immaculately clean.

Repairing a metal roof on a trailer house, it was supposed to rain the next day (Friday) he came out anyway and repair the roof. Great job!

The only regret I have is not getting a second estimate to verify the charges. I did not get an itemized estimate so I don't know what I got for the money. Overall the work appears to be good and feel comnfortable with the quality.
