Reflections

I went in for a perm. The woman (Connie) told me my hair needed to be cut first. So against my protest, she cut 4 inches of my hair off. After putting the perm solution on my hair, she left it only 5 minutes. After she rinsed my hair, I wondered why she kept blow drying my hair and scrunching and scrunching... hair spray and hairspray, then more scrunching, all the while had me facing away from the huge mirror behind me. Anyway, after I waited the three long days before I washed my hair, to see what it really looked like, I was shocked to see that my hair was almost completely straight! Even the natural curl I had was gone! I went back to Reflections that day and the girl that did my hair only said "well, we could cut some more hair and it would do much better!!!" Can you believe that? No offer to re-do it, no "I'm sorry", just... lets cut off some more. My hair doesn't even reach my bra strap now... No nothing from her to ease my loss. My friends even told me that my hair was curlier before I had the perm done.
