Poop Squad Inc

Service was fine until two weeks ago. Poop Squad employee arrived, parked in our driveway and left before providing service. I contacted the owner to let him know no service was provided and asked if everything was okay. Owner had employee come back. The "new" employee told me he had cleaned up our yard and I told him he had not and showed him old waste in yard. I walked the yard with him and showed him parameters. He cleaned up yard, but not as well as previous services. The following week, two employees arrived and "walked" yard supposedly cleaning waste. Immediately upon leaving, I went outside and saw old waste. I grabbed a bucket and shovel and scooped 14 piles of waste in just our front yard which is fairly small. I called the owner to explain the happenings and his only reply was "uh" with no apology and no offer of any sort. I then told him I wanted to terminate service and he just hung up. I then texted a picture and reiterated what I had said to him on the phone to give him one more chance to comment, but nothing.

Very prompt to respond to my reqeust for service through Angies List.  One quick email and I was on their weekly schedule.
I was told I would be on their Monday route and they would arrive between 4-5pm which has happened each of the past couple weeks they have been servicing my yard.  On the first visit Pat came to the door to introduce himself and then went about his business.

Always professional, always courteous, always thorough!  They are there every Thursday to clean up after our dog.  When finished, they leave a note on the door so you know your yard has been serviced.

They are great! They come every week like they are supposed to and clean up the yard. When I have seen the guys they have always been very nice.

John and his employees provide bi-weekly pet waste removal and keep my back yard smelling fresh and ready for bare feet. I have 3 large dogs and this is a service I can't live without!

They have been fairly thorough

They do a wonderful job. It cost me more to mow my lawn than for them to come and pick up the poop. We pay $12 a week. They are very professional.

Awesome!!! This is a great service at a very reasonable price.  We have a relatively small yard with three large dogs and this service is exactly what we needed.  They showed up on time the first time and took the time to meet the dogs.  We are very happy with this service and the professionalism of the company.

The waste was scooped into a bag covered "shovel".  This is extra nice since I know it all goes into composting.

John is very responsive and is ready to be sure your taken care of. They charge 7.00 for the first dog and 3.05 for each dog after for once a week service. I recommend this service, its nice to walk out back with your kids and not have to step over land mines.

They charge $30 a month depending upon the number of dogs we have.  They would come out once a week.
