Dylan and Derek were great to do business with! Carmel exteriors is the best of all worlds. They are family owned, competitively priced, honest, transparent, direct and they don't cut any corners. I wish businesses like this were more common!

I reached out to Carmel Exteriors a few weeks ago to have my roof replaced. Wes the sales manager was very professional and explained every step of the process and product options quickly without being pressuring me to sign right away (something that we experienced in other estimates). Follow through was great, deposit was small and I was never left wondering what the next steps were!

Derek and his team did a wonderful job. They were very patient informative and fast with our many questions which made communication with our tenant a breeze! We are out of state owners, so this really helped us stay comfortable and confident in their process!
