I was pleased with my experience at Bob Hook. The oil change came with a 20 point inspection where they will then write down their findings and discuss with you what is wrong with your car, how serious the problem is, and a price quote to fix it. They really don't pressure you to fix it then and there, it doesn't feel like they are hounding you for your business. My car had also been making a knocking sound, which I asked them to look in to on top of the 20 point inspection. They did so, didn't charge me a diagnostic fee and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost and advised me on how safe it was to drive my car. I had a trip planned to West Virginia the next day, which I'm glad I didn't drive my car on. They didn't take too long to do all this, and I was able to get it done before heading to work that afternoon.
