The only thing that we ask is that both parties that are making a decision to purchase be present when we come to give How are free estimate. She told me either I could come and talk to her or she was going to call someone else. It went against get my better judgment and in this case I was correct. After I told her I would go ahead and come over afte how adamant she was on talking to me without her husband present .After viewing a picture of her roof and we decided that it was very difficult to measure and steep so After her committing to the appointment, Iordered an Eagleview measurement which cost pro finish about $80 it is a satellite imagery measurement. It is the most professional way to measure a difficult steep roof. A few days later after she committed to the appointment that she selected that following Monday She called me up and cancel the appointment and hung the phone up on me very rudely. we invested not only the money for the Eagleview but also monies that we had to spend to achieve her roof lead through home advisor. After invested over $150 she called and canceled the appointment. She hung up on me twice. All were trying to do was to provide her with the estimate. I asked her at least let me have a shot at the estimate since she had already committed and then so rudely hung up on me after telling me that I made her feel guilty. We were not trying to make this customer feel guilty we were trying to get her to follow through with what she agreed to do. Please disregard this customer's review as I feel she is a very Difficult person to deal with. All we ask is that someone follow through after they commit to a meeting that far away from home with a large roof that is difficult to climb. We have a certain level of professionalism that we bring to the table and in this case Miss [Member Name Removed] did not understand or appreciate any of it whatsoever..

Service Provider ResponseWe were contacted by The homeowners to do a roof job as a result of some storm damage from May 10. 2016. We perform the work to the home the job was completed in a timely manner. I have not heard one call our complaint from these people since the job was completed. . The homeowners would not pay us after the job is complete. They look for every reason not to pay us and at the end of the joband decided to short us over $700. This town was hit was over 30,000 claims and my subcontractors were not from owensboro due to the shortage of contractors available. My subcontractor has done a quality job and has maintained an excellent rating until these customers. We came back several times and addressed every issue they had. The customer has badmouth me to several people in the area. They did not keep their end of the bargain up and shorted me at the end of the job. They never gave me one penny down on the job and the job is complete for weeks after they finally decided to pay me and shorted me over $700. At the end of the job I spoke with the homeowner and everything seemed fine until I got this review.

In this case I will have to disagree with [Member Information Removed] members comments. Our area this last summer was hit with a lot of storms and we had well of 60,000 homes damaged by those storms. [Member Information Removed] insurance company for this member was only going to allow about a quarter of [Member Information Removed] siding, roof and gutters to be replace. After several trips to this members home to take pictures and inspect his home we were able to get [Member Information Removed] insurance company to agree to replace all of [Member Information Removed] siding, [Member Information Removed] insulation behind [Member Information Removed] siding, a complete roof replacement and gutters. This took about 4 months to get done but, I felt this member needed this extra effort from me to insure his home was completely repaired instead of a Band-Aid being applied. We did complete [Member Information Removed] roof and this member was so happy that he referred his sister and neighbors’ homes for a roof replacement. We have finished those jobs and they are very happy also. This is where it turns for [Member Information Removed] worse. I only use top quality siding and it always has to be ordered from my wholesaler. This member did not believe I had ordered [Member Information Removed] siding so he called my wholesaler and asked if I had any siding on order. I have a person I work with but, he talked with a young lady who told him I did not have any on order. [Member Information Removed] wholesaler did have a cheaper type of siding in stock but that was not what [Member Information Removed] member wanted on his home. Long story short [Member Information Removed] member then drove to my wholesaler and [Member Information Removed] young lady involved another contractor there to answer [Member Information Removed] members’ questions that she couldn’t. [Member Information Removed] next morning I received a text from this member stating he doesn’t wish to work with Profinish Remodeling. We went over and above what was required just to insure he was made whole with his insurance company. I am sorry we lost [Member Information Removed] opportunity to work with this member but, we did everything right on our end.
