Called to ask if they would install new parts I bought. The guy said that they would only install parts THEY bought (so they could mark them up). I told him I would be all too happy to py for the labor, but he would not do it. I found another place, closer, that would. Boo!

they gave us an accurate quote and had the work completed on time and as promised. The best thing for me was that I wasn't treated as if i were stupid because i am female. no complaints and will use again.
