Had an appointment today that somebody would show up to replace our insinkerator between 8 am and noon. At about 11:30 am, I noticed a Tom Drexler truck driving by. However, it never stopped, and nobody ever knocked on my door, rang the doorbell, nor left any kind of a message on the door. Then I got the runaround from various customer service representatives, and ultimately, they could not fit me in today. Asked to talk to a supervisor, and was basically told this was my fault and the technician was at my door and left a note. that NEVER happened, the guy drove by without stopping.. Nobody wants to take any responsibility I stayed home from work for this, how is that acceptable service? If Tom Drexler himself reads this, or somebody from his management team, you should be ashamed of how your customer today was treated. And I've done plenty of business with you before! Oh, and I had to listen to the jingle for a long time today, and at the end, he says we will provide you with exceptional service. Your company's definition and my definition of exceptional service don't match.

It went very well! I am VERY pleased with the service I got! The plumber, Tim, was very pleasant and professional. He went above and beyond in getting my dishwasher installed, which really turned out to be a difficult job. But, he did it! I will not hesitate to call Tom Drexler if I ever need these types of services again!

The service was excellent! Randy was very personable and friendly. He explained everything so well and would ask me if I had any questions. He went out of his way to help us. He told us to call him if we had any questions. The bath tub drains great now. You can even hear the water draining down the pipe now! The blue (cold water) pipes and the red (hot water) pipes in the basement sure look a lot better than the rusty copper pipes. I had never seen red and blue pipes. The big rusty pipe that was replaced with the big white pipe looks great too!

While all of this work was fairly expensive, at least for us, the technician was very friendly and professional throughout. He showed us the work that needed to be done, gave us options for the repairs, and explained what the parts were he would install. He knew what he was doing. We were very pleased with the service and the technician. While a do-it-yourself kind of person could probably have done it for much less, as a company this was probably a good price.

Great! Jason was courteous and diligent. The pipe was very clogged and did not clear easily. Jason kept at it until the water ran freely. Then gave good advice to help avoid the problem in the future.

It went good. Randy took time and inspected all my drain lines and water lines. Ended up the clog was so bad he could not unstop it. After inspecting all my drains he made a recommendation to get all of the copper lines out and replace with pvc and found i had 3 splits in copper lines i was unaware of. Then he noticed my copper water lines had a couple very small leaks around the sink and the hot water heater. He recommended that I replace them and he installed new peck lines. Was a lot more than expected but it need to really be done. Great service, very friendly and professional.

The technician (Danny P.) determined the flange on the toilet was loose. He was knowledgeable and professional. Because the toilet had been reset by different technician almost two months earlier, the company agreed to make the necessary repairs at no charge given the circumstances. I appreciate the company standing behind its work and correcting the issue at no additional expense. I would definitely use the company again.

Drain Cleaning
Made appointment for Tom Drexler Plumbing service person to arrive between 800-1200 Saturday with a 30 minute call ahead when on their way. I called office when I had not heard from them at 11:25. I was told they were running behind on a job but I was next on the list. I shared that I had another obligation and needed to leave by 2:00pm. They confirmed that should not be a problem. At 12:30 I received a call that the serviceman could not keep the 2:00 commitment. I wasted a Saturday waiting on Tom Drexler Plumbing. I canceled appointment. Will be calling someone else more dependable.

Tankless water heaters are a bit unique, so was thrilled to find that Tom Drexlers was qualified to help. But because the water heater was so old, part were almost nonexistent. Tim helped me work through whether I should take a gamble and try to repair this older heater, or scrap it and replace it with a better more reliable tankless. His input was invaluable. I wasn't happy with the cost of the new equipment, but that's the miser in me. It was pretty clear that I was getting a quality unit that will last significantly better than the Home Depot model I had. Tim did a great job with the installation, I would definitely hire again! :-)

Mike returned after the parts were received to install them only to discover that the manufacturer had not shipped all of the necessary parts. A second call was placed to the manufacturer and the missing part arrived the following day. Although it was late afternoon, Mike returned that day to complete the installation. Throughout the entire process Mike was very professional. We would highly recommend him to anyone !
