 + -1 moreI WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK, BUT NOT THEIR PRICE. I FELT IT WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT IT HAD TO BE DONE. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT COULD COME OUT THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. THEY ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN OTHER SERVICES I HAVE USED IN THE PAST, BUT I WOULD STILL GO WITH SOMEONE CHEAPER NEXT TIME.

 + 0 moreTHE PRICE SEEMED REASONABLE. WE DIDN'T LOOK AROUND VERY MUCH, BUT THEIR QUOTE WAS IN OUR PRICE RANGE, SO WE WENT WITH THEM. WE WERE INTERESTED IN CARPETS AND THOUGHT ABOUT THE STEAM CLEANING THE CHAIR AFTERWARD. THEY WERE NOT HIGH PRESSURE SALES, THEY DID WHAT WE WANTED, AND DIDN'T TRY AND SELL US EXTRA SERVICES. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND I THINK THAT IS RARE FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.
