We had Robbins out after Bryant diagnosed the problem with our furnace (under 2 years old) as burnt out heat exchangers and a host of other problems. Robbins came out and said the heat exchangers are fine and the problem is with the venting. They already made a partial fix and will be out in a few days to put in the permanent fix. So glad I called them.

After checking with some other contractors, we were referred to Robbins from a friend. Unlike the other contractors we dealt with, Robbins was thorough and responsive. I spoke to David in late morning, and he was the only person that offered to come out to my house to assess my needs - and he did it the same day. He spent 1-1/2 hrs at my house measuring, calculating and consulting with me about my options. Being an information n***, I ask many questions and he was patient and answered all of my questions.
The technicians arrived at 9am and completed the job at 5:30pm. They were very focused, came prepared and had everything they needed. They were courteous and polite. They aren't just installers or technicians, they are excellent craftsmen and care about the quality of their work.

Another company had replaced the coil (and furnace) a week ago, but the a/c was still not working. They came back last week without having been able to fix it. Came back Friday and it seemed fixed, but by Sunday night, it wasn't working again. The man came this morning, told me it was the pressure switch but the part had to be ordered so it'd be maybe a couple of days and cost $883.
In the meantime, today, I got a couple of referrals from friends. I had called the first of the 2 (Ken Buehner and Son), who came out but couldn't help me, but he gave me Robbins Heating and AC's name (certified Carrier servicing). I called Robbins and and quot;Bruceand quot; came out and found the above as stated. He fixed it up by bypassing the high pressure switch, which should hold for a couple of days until he gets the part he needs and then he'll be back to permanently repair it. At that time, the figure will be about $40 for the part and $40 for labor. So for $300, I'll have it fixed properly, thus saving me nearly $600! I actually called and quot;Ronand quot; from Buehner's to thank him for the referral, and contacted my friend who'd referred me to Buehner's. He did tell me that the reason it's so much less, is the switch could be replaced on the outside of the a/c unit with very little difficulty and it would still work very well. If he replaced it on the inside, then that's the increase in cost, as there is much more work involved (emptying out the freon; cleaning it up; replacing the switch; replacing the freon; charging it up).
I told Bruce they have a new customer. I had also told Ron (Buehner's), I'd be happy to recommend them, too, even though he couldn't actually fix my unit.

Dave, our service technician was very personable and well prepared. He diagnosed our problem promptly and offered alternative solutions. What I appreciated most was his honest desire to fix our problem rather than trying to sell me services or equipment I did not need or desire.

It was good. We received a quick quote over the phone. He was very responsive and they were able to get it fixed quickly and even the size of the unit was eventually, I guess the manufacturer offered a slightly higher CO rating than what I was quoted and they gave it to me for no cost.

It didn't go well at all. In fact, at this point I will never use this company. Kevin Robbins has wasted several days of my time. He has caused a resident in my home yo go several additional days without air as a result of his unprofessional conduct.

The service call on 01.24.14 was to our daughter's home, which they bought recently, their two year old daughter is in the hospital with stage 4 cancer...expected to come home this week sometime...the temperature in the house was 52 degrees! Eric, who is the same one who comes to our home, came to their home, and had the house warm and the several things wrong corrected in a small amount of time. What a comfort the four children there are now warm and that when the baby comes home, she will be warm also. Thank You Robbins Heating and Conditioning!

It went very smoothly. They performed the service within ten days, per my request. The contractor, David, kept in continuous contact. They had the unit installed in about five hours and then showed me how to use the unit. They cleaned up the area after service and charged me exactly what they had estimated.

Got a boiler up and running

Everything went very smoothly. They told me it would take a day to complete the job. The installers arrived at 8:40 and were done and gone by 2:00. Mike and Mike were friendly, professional, courteous, and focused on their work. All the equipment functions properly, and nothing was left unfinished.

They're just really good. They were on time and professional. They're extremely nice, courteous and friendly. The price was really very good. They were very responsive because I called back twice with a couple of questions about the vent in the attic before they got there.

It went quick and very well. Have used this company for years and recommend them to all my friends and family

They are prompt and honest, very professional. They never try to sell you things that you don't need. I also have used them at my home for minor repairs on my Air conditioner unit in the past. I am very satisfied with the service they prove. I would use them again in the future.

I knew I wanted a Carrier system and Angie helped me narrow it down to three companies. One company didn't show up and another's price was $2k more than Robbins because they tried to oversize my unit.
David Haddad was the sales tech who came to the house and prepared an estimate. Friendly, knowledgable and on time.... and everything he told me checked out with a mechanical engineer I know. As I said, his price was $2000 lower than one of the other A list companies who told me I needed a 5 ton heat pump (the 3.5 ton unit I replaced worked fine for 18 years).
Mike and Mike did the install in one day. They were friendly,cleaned up everything when they were done and the new unit works great.

In 2010 we had a humidifier installed on our furnace for the sole purpose of keeping our hardwood floors from cracking. Since installation this humidifier has never worked properly. What's worse is the people working at Robbin's are extremely rude and unhelpful. Twice when talking to them about problems with the humidifier, I've been hung up on. One of their servicemen came out to check the system when it wasn't working and told us it was fine and working properly. When I called the following week to say I still didn't think it was working, they sent another repairman who informed us it was NOT working and the humidistat part would need to be replaced. Our most recent experience with them began this past week when I called and asked them to come out again (they had already been here back in November). I was told they would send someone, and that I would NOT be charged. When the repairman left this morning, he told me it was fixed and slapped a $120 bill down in front of me. He then informed me "they just couldn't run out here for free every time we had a tiny problem." I signed the bill, stupidly. The worst part is, after he bullied me into signing the bill, we realized the system still was not working and he had to return an hour later.

Very friendly and professional. They always provide good service and advise.

gave me a price lower than anyone else. And their installation was
professional and on time. This year when I needed to replace my furnace
and air conditioner again I called two other companies for an estimate
before I called Robbins. Both quotes were hundreds of dollars above what
Robbins charged. They arrived on time and finished sooner than
estimated. Kevin Robbins and his employees are very friendly and express
a sincere desire to provide the best service.

Dennis arrived on time and had my air conditioner working within 30 minutes,  He said it just needed freon. Cost: $75.00 plus $40.00 labor for a total of $115.00.

They did a really good job. They were very good but expensive. They were very professional. We would probably use them again.

There were two men that came and showed up when they said they would. Very unusual nowadays. They were very pleasant and used drop cloths and tarps all the way from the attic to the outside door. Very clean and professional. They took away the old unit and installed a new Carrier system. After they left, the house was cleaner than before they came. Did a nice job installing the unit in the attic and also the outside unit. They came about 8:30am and left about 2:00pm. I was very pleased with their installation.

The arrived promtly at 8: 00 am and discussed the process of what they were going to do. Both men were very friendly . they replaced the coil on the inside unit and replaced the outside compressor. They had to run new coils to the outside unit since they moved it away from the dryer vent. Before they left they installed a new programmable thermostat. They both cleaned up before they left and hauled away the old unit. We were very pleased with the work and the overall price was very reasonable.

They were very professional and informative. They were not pushy and gave us options.
