The owner came out and looked over the entire roof, took pictures to show me the damage that needed to be repaired (some of which I was not aware of). He then prepared a thorough, professional estimate and sent it to me electronically. I felt the price was reasonable. He squeezed my job in before several days of rain and did a terrific job. He again took photos to show me the various repairs made. He was very polite and eager to please.

Isaac gave me a detailed estimate of work to be done. He showed me photos and a video of the vent pipe damage. He got the job done quickly before an anticipated thunderstorm arrived. He showed me the damaged vent pipe boots that were removed. I am well-pleased with the work done.

Issac was present at the worksite the majority of the time, called if there was hidden damage or other issues. New roof that has made a big improvement to the character of the house. Great service--above and beyond. When your roof is leaking on Easter Sunday and the guy offers to come over and climb up on roof in the dark you know he is going to be good.

Total re-roofing. Did a very good job. There was a part of the tiles that looked a little different in color, and we called them and they fixed it, no questions asked even though it appeared to be the fault of the manufacturer.
