Great work!  The service was efficient and performed with quality.  IIt is great to know a quality shop when you move to a new city.  We will definitely be back for our repair needs.

We have been going to them for a long time about six or eight years. They are professional, courteous, and explain what is going on. That is why we keep going back. They are very easy to deal with and straightforward.

Pro Auto Care tried to overcharge me $120.00 on a simple repair. It was my impression that the owners let at least one of their techs do his own pricing. Went elsewhere and had the repair completed for exactly $120.00 below their quoted price. You cannot gouge people and expect them to return. This experience made me question all the other work they did for me; which was considerable.

This was a simple repair which should have come with a price that was + or - $10.00 compared to their competition.

I have used this garage many times. Not always the cheapest place but they are honest and you can believe what they tell you.

I found Pro Auto Care on Angie's List and I was extremely pleased. My wife's brakes had been squeeling for almost a year. The dealership had done the previous work. Pro Auto Care checked the brakes, confirmed the work required (new front pads, rear brakes adjusted, some machining, and changed the oil), and had the vehicle ready by lunch time. Evidently the front pads were disintergrating and the rears were totally out of adjustment. The tech made it a point not to talk about the previous service people and did a quick overall condition inspection of vehicle. I was impressed.

We really like him. His name is Rick. Finding people to work on an old Honda cheaply is pretty tough and Rick has always been really good. They are dependable. He is just a small job on the side of the road and we took a chance on them a few years ago. They are trustworthy and we can talk to him. He is pretty good. I have an old Jeep and I knew there were thousands of dollars of damage and I took it to several places. He was the only guy that sat down and told me exactly all the stuff that needed to be done and exactly what I had to have done. He worked with me through that. His prices are pretty reasonable.

They are the only people I will go to. They have worked on our cars for years and our children have been best friends for 10 years. I know his integrity personally and also as a business person. I have never, ever had to wonder if I was being charged for something I didn’t need. On more than one occasion he has rolled his eyes at me, told me what to do because it was something silly that I could do myself and sent me on my way. They do great work and they are great people. I will absolutely continue to go here in the future.

I have used their services for a couple of years now. They are very professional and are easy to talk to. They explain things well, are very approachable and competent.

I think working with Rick must be what it was like when businesses were small and personal enough to take the time to know their customers and to be helpful in whatever ways they could. They were very professional, very personable and helpful in discussing what might need to be done to be sure our older model was ready for the road. As with others who've used their services, we felt that Pro Auto does only what is necessary and is happy to discuss with/educate their customers about their auto's "health". We've just taken our other car in and will continue to work with them in the future. Prices seem average.

THEY WERE NOT PRICEY, IT WAS JUST AN EXPENSIVE THING TO HAVE DONE. IT WAS VERY COMPETETIVELY PRICED. THEY GOT MY CAR IN THE NEXT DAY. SOME PLACES SAID IT WOULD TAKE TWO DAYS TO FIX IT. IT WASN'T LIKE I YOU DROPED THE CAR OFF AND THEY'RE SAYING WE FOUND THESE OTHER TEN THINGS WRONG. IT SEEMS LIKE OTHER PLACES TRY TO MILK IT, BUT THEY JUST FIXED WHAT WAS ACTUALLY BROKEN.

IT'S NICE AND CLEAN. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND THEY ALWAYS EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME. I DON'T FEEL LIKE THEY ARE SELLING ME ANYTHING THAT I DON'T WANT OR NEED. THAT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL TO ME.
