We dropped the car off and left it to be looked at, they normally have a long wait for their services. After a few days we hadn't heard anything so we called. We were chastised for calling: We'll call you when we've had a chance to look at it. Several more days pass, still nothing and we had a new phone number. They say: We can't find anything wrong with it but are still looking. Don't call us, we'll call you. Finally another week and they say: Nothing is wrong, and you owe us $80 for a parking fee because it took you so long to get your car.
Pick up the car and it's making a ton of racket. There is certainly something wrong and if they can't even be bothered and only want to charge us with parking, these loyal, long time customers are gone. We've been with them for more than 20 years, but the waits, the attitude, and the rude behavior have come to dominate and I don't feel that we're getting fair treatment or positive service anymore.

When they couldn't get the window to fail, instead of just replacing what they thought was wrong, they kept working on it until they were sure it was the motor. And instead of charging me $350.00 to correct the exhaust leak, they recommended another shop that would do it for $100.00. Great people to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I FELT LIKE THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, I FELT, BUT I COULD TRUST THEM. I FOUND OUT ABOUT THEM BY WORD OF MOUTH IN THE COMMUNITY. THEY'RE KNOWN TO DO A GOOD JOB. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF INSTANCES THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT I ASKED, BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF IT.

WE GOT SEVERAL ESTIMATES, AND THEY WERE THE MOST REASONABLE. THEY DON'T PUSH ANY SERVICES. THEY GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAY IT'S GOING TO GET DONE. THEY OFFER ADVICE, BUT IT'S NOT A HARD SELL.

THEY'RE VERY HONEST AND DEPENDABLE, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY DO IT. IF THERE IS SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO DO THEY DON'T TRY TO PRESSURE YOU, AND THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO DO, IN THE TIME FRAME THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT.
