The fellow who was at the house was very professional, knew what he was doing and we were very happy with his professionalism, however, he was unable to fix the problem, (broken ice maker) and we were charged $350.00. He did change out the valve and that was great but $350.00 and still no ice, I don't know, just doesn't seem right to me. Sincerely, Vicki B
