We bought two of the colts. They were shipped to us on or about 12/14/05 and we opened them on 12/24/05. The product did not conform to the model in any way but the most general and fell far short of the description. We contacted Melissa on the phone immediately and she handed the phone to Laurence. Laurence refused to refund the money as their policy states, told us to hold onto the colts until he could come get them, but offered to make conforming replacements. When we called or wrote thereafter, they refused to provide information on when they would provide the replacements and simply stopped communicating. We have insisted on a refund and instructions for the return of the colts but cannot get anyone to return our calls or messages.
