The two ladies who came to my house were great!! I was very pregnant at the time and people were coming to my house that weekend. I explained to them the areas of the house that I was having trouble cleaning, i.e. around the back of the toilets. They both completely understood and were more than happy to help. I certainly wish I could have had them longer than 2 hours because they were incredibly helpful!! (The deal was for 4 man hours and since there were 2 of them they were there for 2 hours) I had to run an errand while they were there, but I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house while I ran my errand. They were very pleasant and they did a nice job.

They are incredibly knowledgeable about their field. They were excellent about communicating what needed to be done and why. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.

Everything turned out well, and it was a good experience. They took an educational approach when explaining the estimate, everyone was very knowledgeable, and the work had been done exactly as prescribed. The clean up went well, too, and it was almost as though they had never been to the house.

Reasonable price. Cleaned-up well. They were great.

provided an outrageously ridiculous estimate in a timely manner.,I needed a tree removed and stump ground. I got 4 estimates. I made sure the estimates were from companies with the necessary insurance coverages and researched reviews on Angies List. The bids were... $515, $800., $1300 and Limbwalker's bid was $2000. I had the $515 job done and it took about an hour from start to finish. This company owns all the required equipment such as crane, shredder, stump grinder, etc. Excellent cleanup and no problems whatsoever. I know Limbwalker is a well known and respected tree service, but unfortunately in this case, their price made it impossible for me to even consider them. Hopefully, if I have them give me estimates in the future, they will be more competitive. Getting multiple estimates, checking companies' BBB ratings and researching reviews on Angies' List are always the prudent things to do. Update 10/31/14 In response to the provider's opinion that he knows I used a company without the necessary insurance coverages, I would like for him to state which of the 3 companies that I got estimates from do not have insurance. Sang Tree Service, Bob Ray and T's Trees. Since all 3 clearly state in writing that they are fully insured, not only myself but others who may consider using the company you identify would be very interested in knowing this company is engaging in deceptive, dishonest and possibly illegal business practices.

On time. The walkthrough with the arborist a few weeks before was very educational. I learned more about my property than I had known before. The people who came over to do the work were very professional.

They were professional, the got the work done, cleaned up after them self.

Stephan was very professional. He took his time evaluating my situation before writing up the estimate. I have scheduled with Limbwalker to have the work done.

I wish I could post a photograph because a picture says it all. I've used Scotts, ChemLawn, TruGreen, and a dozen other lawn services. I've done it myself for 10 years or so, too. But I've never had a lawn as beautiful as the lawn Limbwalker turned my lawn into. The growth is lush. The lawn is uniform. Its hearty, bright green, thick and deep. I liked it so much I actually drove down to thank the owners -- who are terrific and smart -- and in the process learned how this special brew of theirs works. I don;t write reviews. But I was moved by this to make an exception. They are smart, honest, with advanced degrees -- and the lawn is beautiful.

I found out about them on a radio commercial. They are excellent. I was not home when they did it. They said they would do it one day and did it.

It went perfectly because when we got home, we could not even tell anyone had been to our house. They removed all loose limbs and cleaned up after themselves. The bonus was that there were two branches trapped high up in the two trees in our front yard, and they removed those two branches without being asked. They went above and beyond!

We feel that this company did an outstanding job for us. They showed up promptly and went straight to work. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and we feel that they worked in a timely manner. This was important to us because they charged us by the hour. We felt that the amount we paid for this job was very fair. They were very good about making sure that all debris was cleaned up from our yard and around our house. They asked us more than once to walk our property with them to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with the job that they had done. We will absolutely do business with Limbwalker Tree Service again, and we recommend this company highly!

My lawn was in a bad shape after I tried removing several Johnson Grass infestations. I had several bare spots throughout the lawn and the grass was very thin. I tried the traditional chemical-based lawn care services for a few years with the hope of getting my lawn restored to its true glory. This included power seeding and other processes as well. However I experienced burnout in parts of my yard and my yard did not get better over time. When Limbwalker opened their organic lawn care service I decided to try the service. Royce has been great. They come out at regular intervals and treat the yard with Bio-Tea and other nutrients as well as required weed control agents. For the first time in 7 years I can say that this lawn care has made a true difference in how my lawn looks. This Spring the yard looks lush green and has truly been brought back by the Limbwalker lawn care method. I had also used Limbwalker to plant several trees on my property and they have done a similar excellent job in fertilizing the trees. It is a great local company which employs certified lawn and tree specialists who know what they are doing. The lawncare is not cheap but the results are good.

They called at 8:52 am, they arrived 20 minutes later and removed the large holly tree before I got home at 10:04. They were quick to invoice and I'm more than happy with the service, punctuality and pricing that it ended up being overall. I would highly recommend them.

They did excellent work and their crew showed real concern for trying to save as much as they could. They cleaned up the entire area and did the job right on their estimate. I would use them again. In fact, I plan on having their arborist perform periodic checks on the trees.

We called Limbwalkers the morning of Feb. 5, when we found that one of our very large magnolia trees had lost a good-sized lower limb and was in our neighbor's driveway. The woman who answered the phone took our information and told us at least one of their reps was in our area and should be able to contact us shortly. Within approximately an-hour -and-a-half Stephan appeared at our door and presented us with an estimate, having checked out the damage to the tree and what would be done to take care of it. He told us the rest of the tree looked to be in good shape and able to withstand the loss of that limb. He told us Limbwalker teams were working in various nearby areas and he felt they should be able to take care of our damage that day; also advised that we would not need to be at the house as he was sending them the information necessary. They did come while we were out, and we had been left a phone message by Jeff that they were on the way. The limb was removed and the area cleaned up.

They have six different treatments they apply over the course of spring/summer/fall. My lawn is gorgeous this year, all of the neighbors have commented on it. The weeds are gone, the grass is thick and green - they even airate the lawn in the fall.

Limbwalker promptly sent their bid. Happened to be a little lower than other 3 companies. Chore was to cut down a very large diseased poplar. |Work day arrived and the crew of 4 worked most efficiently! No movement wasted, purposeful and utilizing safety techniques. |

Limbwalkers was prompt and professional. The representative was very knowledgeable and was obviously a professional arborist. He helped my decide the best location for the new tree.

They were prompt in showing up for the review and estimate. Received estimate in 2 days. They promptly showed up on the day scheduled. All trimmers were very professional and expertly trimmed our trees and clean up the branches. They made sure we were happy before leaving for the day. We will definitely use this company again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was satisfactory. They were good and professional. They sent an arborist out and they did all the work they said they would do. I spent additional monies. They were very reactive in trying to get it set up.

Having 15 mature trees on my property, I knew eventually I would have to deal with some sort of tree service. The ice storm several years ago did a lot of damage and finally took it's full toll as a couple of trees just couldn't recover. The entire process with Limbwalkers was great. An arborist came out and walked me through some of the issues with my trees. He addressed the issues I had and pointed out a few things that I had not noticed. As we went along, he was honest about the things that needed immediate attention and things that could be done at a later time. He also told me about things to watch for. He then gave me a quote of the trees I was most concerned about with a couple of options (single cable or double cable... hauling away ground stump mulch or not). I never felt pressured to contract for any additional services. After deciding on the services I wanted, he gave a final quote. Within a day or two, my appointment was scheduled. The day the work was done, the crew was punctual and professional. It was so facinating watching them work. They cleaned up everything before they left. I was amazed at how well they worked together and got the job done. The best part of the day was finding out that they could actually save a major part of the pine tree they were taking down. (The tree had two main trunks coming out of the ground next to each other. Only one side was dead.) They came back about a week later to grind the stump and surface roots. I also received a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied. I would definately recommend Limbwalkers and will be calling on them again this Spring. They even told me they could recommend plant a new tree to replace the Maple that provided so much shade.

I contracted with Limbwalkers to trim some large trees in the front of my house prior to getting the house painted. Over time, the trees had lost their attractive shape, and some limbs were against the front wall of the house, making painting difficult. The Limbwalkers crew was timely, friendly, very professional and thorough. After the work I had contracted for was done, my elderly neighbor asked if they could help her remove some branches from her trees that were on her roof and my garage roof. They did so at a very reasonable additional cost. They cleaned up thoroughly. It was a very good and professional experience.

It was exactly what I wanted. I had several trees in need of attention --nothing serious-- just a careful haircut. What most impressed about LW's work was that although the trees were no longer entering my gutters and tangling with wires, the grooming was not at all obvious. They also took special pains with my ancient, frail, and still beautiful dogwood.

Thoroughly pleased with work done! Trees look better and yard did not look like anyone had been there-it was that well cleaned. Took about 4 1/2 hours to complete work.
