Due to the fact that the majority of our projects are for repeat or referral clients, and are handled on an open book basis. This allows the owner to review with us all of the projected costs, and our margins, in order to fully evaluate each cost item before we settle on a final contract., most are negotiated or Design/Build projects, negotiated, trade & material prices
