I called to complain again and was told sorry Managers do not take phone calls on Saturday....yet they deliver water on Saturday. They were rude and simply said repeatedly. "I understand you are frustrated and not getting what you are paying for, but there is nothing we can do".
Find someone else....that's what I'm gonna do.

We've been using them for about three months. At first, I would have given them a "C" rating. But now we talked it over and got things straightened out and now they get an "A".

It's been a pain. This was supposed to be easy but they are making it difficult. They refuse to pick up the 21 empty 5 gallon bottles that continue to stack up in my garage making my garage unusable and now they randomly changed to delivery day from March 27 to May 15. What was a monthly service is now a six week service. I would not recommend them to anyone. The entire experience has been trouble.

Canceling my Ice Mountain delivery today as another month went by and again my bottles were not picked up. No calls, no emails, just coming home to empty bottles...then having to run out and buy bottled water so we have drinking water. Literally every month since I've used them (since July 2013) there has been some issue. I should have seen the writing on the wall and went with another company as I had issues from the get go with them. They actually missed their very first delivery which I missed work to be home for. They said they called to reschedule but couldn't leave a message as I don't have voicemail. Ummm...yes...yes I do have voicemail. Since then I am never surprised when I come home to the same empty bottles I put out in the morning. I always have to call and complain and reschedule delivery, which is never next day. Last month I was told I would be given two bottles for free for my trouble...but that never happened either. Save your time and frustration and avoid Ice Mountain.

They send me an email to confirm my order and enables me to make any changes and send me a reminder email so I can set out my bottles before delivery. I request a 4 hour span of when to come so they can deliver the water.

Switched this year from a much more expensive water delivery service. Signed a one-year contract for delivery of a minimum of four five gallon bottles each month to lock-in the above price (which is unbeatable!) I also received a free hot/cold water dispenser. Water is delivered at a predictable time each delivery day. I receive a reminder phone message the day prior to delivery to remind me to set out the empty jugs. The delivery men are very friendly and bring the water into my home if I'm home at the time of delivery. The natural spring water tastes great. The one downside with Ice Mountain (because it's a national company) is that you will wait on the phone for at least 20 minutes navigating through a phone tree attempting to reach a human at customer service. If you consume a predictable amount of water each month and if you don't mind automatic debits from your checking account - this is the way to go!
