Description of Work: They replaced our old gas log set with new ventless gas logs. We are very happy with the difference in amount of heat we get and love the remote but we've been smelling gas leaking for several days now. I called LG&E and they confirmed the leak at two connection points of the logs Installer did not appear to use tape when making connections and is planning to return tomorrow to fix the leaks. Otherwise we would recommend them based on their knowledgable recommendation for what would be best for our needs and their quick service.

Description of Work: They cleaned my fireplace and got my remote gas starter working. In fact the starter quick working again a few weeks later and they came back and fixed it a second time for no additional charge.
