THEY GAVE US PROMPT SERVICE AND THEY FIXED THE DENT SO THAT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT IT HAD OCCURRED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I DON'T THINK THE GUYS ARE PROFESSIONAL IN THE SENSE THAT I DON'T THINK IT'S A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. THEY WERE VERY CUT AND DRY WITH US.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THEY SECURED A CAR RENTAL FOR US. THEY CALLED US FOR UPDATES ON THE VEHICLE. THEY CALLED AND TOLD US THAT THE CAR COULD NOT BE RETURNED ON THE DAY THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHY. THEY SECURED MY RENTAL FOR AN EXTRA DAY FOR THAT. WHEN THEY WERE DONE THE WORK WAS BEAUTIFUL.
