my warranty company hired them .. took over 2 months to fix problems .. they blamed everything on the warranty co. Wouldn't take any responsibility and told me it wasn't their job to keep me informed of what was going on, so I would not hear from them for weeks. Didn't show up for appt and did not bother to call me.. Would not answer phone. I would leave messages but they would not call me back .. Very unprofessional owners. No problem with service techs, other than the fact that I found out that one was the owner of the company but he did not have the courtesy to introduce himself .

They were great. I highly recommend them. They showed up on time. They were very responsive and professional. They got the job done. The lady in the office was great as well. They were very reasonable to work with and on pricing.

The work was done in a couple of stages, with the removal of the old AC unit and the replacement done on one day in May and the remolding and repainting done on a morning in June. The workers were courteous and professional, staying focused on the work, cleaning up after themselves, and providing clear instructions for the new unit. I would recommend the company without reservation.

air conditioning would run sometimes and then quit, or fail to turn on at all. We had it looked at for the same problem the previous summer, company said they fixed it however the problem continued. The unit eventually would not turn on at all. Called the company and they were very promopt in their response. Checked the unit tand found the problem, however they did not have the proper part with them. This was on a Friday. Fixed the problem temporarily and returned over the wekend to install the correct part. When they returned my husband and son were in the process of cutting down a large tree next to the house, they saw them begin to run into some trouble and rushed right over to help complete the job. Never even charged for tree removal services!! All in all, they were very professional, informative and friendly, definatly went above and beyond.

Great! They checked the system over, told me what was wrong and how much to repair prior to fixing. I asked about a quote for a replacement system and received a quote via email the next day and we've scheduled for an installation next week.

I was extremely pleased. From the beginning when I first contacted them by telephone and spoke to the office until the technician left I couldn't have been happier. Mark showed me step by step of what he was doing with the routine maintenance and explained why it was important. I received a courtesy call when they were on their way to my home, Mark introduced himself as soon as I opened my door and I received a follow up call making sure my system was doing fine and that I was pleased with the service. I respect a company that tries to help me over the phone before making a dollar. The other companies I had spoken with just wanted my information to schedule an appointment and charge me a diagnostic fee. I told the technician, Mark how impressed I was with his office and how she took the time to listen to my problem, make a few suggestions that are common problems but you don't require a technician which not only got them my business but also helped save me money and his reply to me was "that should be the rule, not the exception". We need more companies like that.

It went great. They called when on the way, showed up within the time frame they gave me and was honest with me. They could have easily charged me for time, material, maintenance, diagnostic, etc. but didn't. I was given a detailed account of the problem, shown first hand what was going on and even the amount of debris that was collected from my system. Steve came out, performed a diagnostic and found my flue pipe had deteriorated. My son, who is a general contractor, had known it was getting bad and had purchased the materials to replace the flue but it had gotten set aside and forgotten. Steve said the flue had crumbled and fallen into my system causing the noise upon start up because when the motor came on all that debris was flowing around. He didn't charge anything but the diagnostic because all the materials needed were there, he replaced the flue, cleaned the cabinet and checked the performance of my furnace. I was astonished that all he charged was $52.00. They are honest, professional and courteous.I will recommend Extraordin-Air to everyone I know.

I've used them a lot. They are just great, professional, clean, and on time. They are just really good people. The price is cheaper than what I was paying before. Last time he was here, he was with a different company. I mentioned to him that I have never had a carbon dioxide thing on my furnace. I asked if he could do that, and he said he can do anything I need. So he brought it and installed it. That is the kind of thing I'm talking about, it's just above and beyond. He just takes care of whatever needed to be done for me.
