Amazing! The most responsive plumber I've ever known in 30 years of hiring commercial and residential plumbers in various states. Ben, Jimmy, Mike & Chris were very professional, skilled, and got the job done quickly. They also engaged an excellent concrete subcontractor - Diamond Cut and Core - to cut our basement concrete floor and fill and finish it when the plumbing reroute was complete. They provided excellent advice on plumbing technical and state code requirements. Not the cheapest, but, well worth it. Their dispatchers were pleasant and their scheduling system allowed them to give us an appointment on the first call. The quality of their work was outstanding and they were equally responsive to call backs as to new work. It was an exceptional experience working with them!

Very responsive company. We tried to fix the leak initially (we took that chance), but it did not work and ended up putting a whole new line in from the street. They were very professional, caused a minimal amount of mess (water lines make a mess) and let us know exactly what to expect. My reason for the B rating on cost is that they are not the cheapest, which you really don't want to hire for something as important as your plumbing. We did have issues on the second pass due to freezing temps which necessitated a 3 week delay, which was obviously not under their control. I would definitely recommend them again for major work like this. I have not used them for smaller jobs yet, but intend to call them with my future plumbing issues.

Best plumbers ever. Have used 3x now and every single time I’m amazed at how knowledgeable and much easier they make things. Just wish I had found much sooner. Have went through many not so great experiences with other companies who Overcharge for not even doing a good job. And this company won’t go up in price when they see your house. It’s a set fee. Great experience every single time. First review ever written!

The person was very helpful and turned off our water at curb on same night. He then did an excellent repair over the next 2 days which were over over the weekend. We would highly recommend.

Setting up the appointment was very easy. The technician (Michael) called exactly as mentioned by the service provider. He arrived promptly at the time mentioned and after that everything went like a breeze. The most important thing was the professionalism showed by Michael. It was top notch. On top of it he was very courteous and very clean. Once the work was completed; he made sure that there is nothing on the floor and went the extra mile to clean things up. I very much appreciate the help done by Michael and this pleasant experience would make me turn to Dauenhauer first if I need any plumbing help. Thanks again Michael for your help and professionalism.

The guest bathroom tub faucet still leaks water when shower head is turned on. I found it out that the tub leaky faucet was not repaired during the holiday from my guest that the tub faucet is leaking while shower head was on. Since it is a guest bathroom and we do not use it all unless there's a guest in the house the problem was not detected immediately till after two months during the holiday break and besides the plumber assured me that the tub leaky faucet was completely repaired. I trusted this company so much that I did not turn on the shower head before the plumber left, because, they did multiple services for me in the past and had no issues until this recent repair. I even asked the plumber to give me an estimate to fix the faucet in the back of the house, he said it cost $299 because it entailed a lot of work to repair it. He even suggested to use Angie's list coupon to save $40 . I told the plumber I will use their services again in the summer to have the faucet fix in the back and told him just fix one problem my bathroom tub leaky faucet. The problem still exist the shower head when turned on also simultaneously the tub faucet leaks water worst than before . I requested the company to come back and fix the leaky faucet but the manager will charge me $199 to repair the same problem that they fail to fixed, she said they do not guarantee a repair they did not do. They did not do the repair completely and got paid for it.

They were so punctual, professional, and hardworking on a VERY hot day! They found the source of the leak, explained it to us, and even returned a few days later to resolve whose property it was on. Then later they came back while we were gone and smoothed the excavation point out and put straw over it. Way beyond what was expected! We would hire them in a heartbeat if ever needing plumbing work and give them the highest recommendation!

Line was full of grease. This was cleaned and resolved problem. The kitchen P-trap would not seal properly and leaked after pipes were cleaned out with rooter. This also had to be replaced.

We needed the work done on a Sunday. We called around 10:30am and were told that the plumber would arrive between 1-6pm. At 5pm we called for an update and were told it would be an hour. At 6pm we called and were told it would be another hour. The plumber did not end up showing up until 8:30pm. It was incredibly frustrating, and it would have been better if they either didn't provide a window of time or tell us they'd call us 30 minutes before arriving but that it could be any time that day.

Called on Sat and they came on Sun. I didn't request emergency service on the weekend - but they said it's the same price any day they come. That's pretty cool. Didn't have to take time off of work to get it done! Nick quickly diagnosed both problems and resolved them rapidly. Very pleased with the experience.

I called first thing in the morning and reported the problem so they would come prepared. My parents were visiting and I asked if they could come before 1pm. I was told they would try to work me in but they would schedule me between 1-6 to make sure I got on the days schedule. I called at 3 to check in and was told they would be there within the hour. Guy showed up at 5:30 with no parts on his truck. He has to go go back to the shop, leaving the water turned off in the entire house. When he finally returned with the part he should have had originally, it was a quick fix. He charged me $240 and refused to give me an itemized bill. I’ve used this company many times over the years and was always pleased. Not sure what’s going on now.
