Didn't get to experience due to the LONG wait for an appt. (November)

"We apologize you were unable to experience our great work here. We do stay very booked and can only allow so many slots each day for the Groupon vouchers, which is typically about 7-8 Groupon appointments a day. We also have to allow room for the multiple dealerships we work with in the area. If a customer is wanting to have more services done, we do try to allow a slot every couple days to try and accomidate them, especially for they can leave it here for a couple days. We do constantly stay busy, and when we do provide an excellent discounted service we do get booked out quite aways especially during the summer. We have even had returning customers book appointments in January for the summer months. So I do greatly apologize for this inconvenience regarding the scheduling, but we are continuing to grow so we can accomidate more customers. We look forward to hopefully doing business with you in the future!"

They did an excellent job. My car was perfectly clean and the spots which had been on the seats are gone. They gave me an estimate of time for pick up at drop off and called me to let me know when my car was ready. They were very professional.

The company allowed me to drop my truck off the night before the detailing and provides a secure key drop for this purpose. They told me the detailing would be an all-day affair, and I picked up my truck in the late afternoon the next day.
Overall, the truck looked great. I looked over the interior very closely and found a few spots where there was a little dirt around the sills and some small spots on the carpet. When I mentioned this to them, they had the technician come back outside and address those areas. This was a truck we bought used, so I know it will never look perfect, but it looked almost brand new after the detailing.
I gave them a B on quality because I feel like they should have checked their work more closely and found the missed areas so that I did not have to spend time waiting on them to address these spots.
I was pleased with their work and would go back again for another detailing. The staff was friendly and professional.

Auto Body Work
I have been really happy with them. Brad, the owner helps me with scheduling and he was really kind and helpful and I was really pleased with the paint job that they did on my car and they were very reasonably priced compared to other body work that I had done in the past, so I felt like I got really good value for my money. I had a coupon, but their regular pricing is reasonable. I would continue to use them.
