I love Closets by Design! The people who represent the company are extremely professional and care about the quality of the work. While Closets by Design is expensive, I find it worth every penny! My closets are much more functional and organized. The work was done well the first time and completed in a timely manner. All in all, I cannot say enough about the great job they did!

The service was excellent - from Tarrah (sales rep) who was response and returned calls and quotes quickly, to the installers themselves who were friendly and professional. Tarrah did a good job of coming out and measuring twice to ensure she had dimensions accurate; also, she created a CADD drawing of the system so I could visually see what it would look like. The installers did a meticulous job of installing slat wall by fitting it around some molding in garage (looks great!). Did a good job cleaning the cabinets once installed. Now that it's up, am looking at what accessories I need for hanging items (yard and work tools). Something I've always wanted to do and now that is done, I think I have to paint the garage walls and finish the floor for a complete look.

Amelia listens to your needs, draws solutions for you on the computer, then works with you to adjust to anything you want while patiently describing measurement limitations and options. Then she prints out the drawings for you right at your home and gives you instant estimates for cost and time. This helped us make decisions quickly. We took a trip to their show room to see the many options of wood, drawer styles, knob/handles, finishes and accessories. We picked out the perfect options for our needs and design with Amelia's help. Everyone at the show room was very friendly. I highly recommend Amelia for her design ability, the Closets by Design options, price and quality. It was so good that we just had Amelia come over to plan out a desk / shelving option for our home office.

The Sales Rep was very helpful in the planning and design. I knew what I wanted and she made it happen. She was very timely in her email responses, as we went back and forth a bit on the details. She gave me an accurate timeline for completion of the project. The installer was prompt and professional. He was clear in communicating how long it would take. When he finished, the room was free of debris and the shelves had been cleaned and were move-in ready. A very positive experience.

Design and installation went very well. The wook is in perfect condition and the workers installed everything without a scratch on the material or on the woodwork in the house.

Installation date established two weeks ahead and was met. The three installers were quiet, efficient and knowledgeable. They worked from the exact job description created in front of us. The units had been pre-cut in CBD local shop. Everything fitted together like hand in glove. Installers arrived on-time and departed mid-afternoon. Ms. Lutz then stopped by to inspect and insure we were satisfied.
