The service went really well and we were very pleased with the entire experience. Between 2-5 technicians would come out for the project and completed the job in about a month. The staff was good with the cleanup afterwards. They were very professional and courteous. They were great at their job and I had no problem scheduling the service at all.

The service went well. We also used the company in Indianapolis. One technician came out for the service and completed the job in about 3 hours. They have a high quality product for a reasonable price. The technician did exactly what he said he would and I had no problem scheduling the service.

They have great quality products and service. They are happy to fulfill the warranties with no struggle. They did the porch enclosure while I was not home but I was very pleased with the outcome of the service. The technicians do great work and make sure to do the service correctly. I have never had any problem scheduling a project with them.

They came out to our home for an estimate to replace the windows. There pricing was too high so we went another company. One person came out for the estimate and they were very professional. They were very responsive and were able to come out for the estimate immediately.

All went well. The job was done in a professional manner and the installer did an excellent job in the clean up from the installation.

Very good until it came to hanging my blinds back up. Installer did no want to do it, but was on my contract to be done. Ended up with a miss measurement & 4 holes in one door in wrong place. Would of rather been told no on blinds and hired a handyman to hang them. Spoiled the whole experience.

We signed the contract 9/23/2012. They came to install 4 months later, on 1/15/2013 in record cold weather. The installation leaks. I called on 4/18/2013 and left a message. NO RESPONSE. I called again on 4/25/2013 and left a message. "Sam" came out the 1st week of May to assess the problem. He said he would return in 1-2 weeks to repair. NEVER CAME. I called again on 9/12/2013 and spoke with "Alan". "Sam" called on 9/16/2013, apologized for the delay, asked me to mark or tape the leaks, and that someone would be out 9/18 or 9/19 to complete the repair. NO ONE CAME. It is now November, 14 months later, and the installation is still not completed.

The window was installed expertly. A high quality product. The only "hitch" was that our salesman left the company and it seemed to take longer than normal for the order to be delivered.

Champion added a 8 x 16 patio cover to our house. The roof material is 3" thick insulated material. They were on time and did a wonderful install job.
Their price seemed a little high, but their customer service was great, workmanship was great.

Crew arrived, started replacing the windows, were very efficient. Explained to my husband any questions he had and what they were doing. He enjoyed them all, their friendliness and their professionalism. Good group of guys. Highly recommend them.

The entire process was very professional and efficient beginning with the salesperson. He was knowledgeable about his products and provided detailed information. He answered all my questions and provided design ideas as well. The windows came in a timely fashion and were installed promptly. The installation crew was very professional and efficient. They arrived at my home when promised and finished when they said they would. Their work is exemplary and they removed all debris. I received a follow-up visit from another salesperson that afternoon. I wasn't home but he left a note with his contact information and a can of window cleaner. Within the week, I received a mailing that included final paperwork and warranty information. I am very pleased with my windows and impressed with the Champion window company. I would certainly recommend them to my friends.
