Once I inquired on Home advisor and expressed interest the company called me! They set up the service in the soonest time possible and updated me by text until the moment my tech, Michael, arrived. The texts included a picture so I would know who to expect, a safety feature I didn t even think of. The service person was courteous and knowledgeable and explained all my options and answered questions. I wasn t rushed or pressured. The repair was performed quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company if you need help with your garage door.

They were professional. Up front and gave me straight information on project.

The office gave me a firm appt. time. The technician showed up on time and completed the job in under 2 hours. Area was cleaned up and all debris and old water heater were removed.

Ray and Rusty were ABSOLUTEly professional and courteous. Their knowledge of the work was obvious from the quick completion and cleanup, only leaving behind a big grin on my face. Well done!

I probably would have rated 5 Stars, but they installed the wrong door...4 panel, the door they were supposed to bring was a 5 panel. I actually like the looks of the 4 panel door better. Anyway, they're coming back to install the correct door in a few weeks. The inconvenience of having to come out twice was the reason for my rating.

Thad did a great job explaining my options so I could clearly understand them. Because of their financing options - with 6 months same as cash - I could get a good quality door opener and still not pay interest. I would highly recommend.

The two Absolute Installers were Great! They arrived on time. They had everything they needed with them. Their names were Trey and Jonathan, very polite, hard working, explained how everything with the remotes and garage keypad worked. They left no mess, took the old door with them. I sent out a distress signal at 7AM because my furnace wasn’t working and I woke up to a house that was a chilly 53 degrees. Brrrr! Absolute Services came to the rescue immediately and had my furnace working again before 9AM. Amazing! I so appreciate their promptness!

I got an appointment right away. Was notified and reminder when technician would be arriving. Mike, was very professional. He gave us an overview of what was wrong and what potentially could be wrong and gave us estimates accordingly. I did not feel any pressure. I would definitely recommend!

Work was done on time and in an efficient manner. Was told by Dylan what needed to be done and the cost and didn't feel any pressure.

Our service technician, Dwayne was extremely professional and did all the work quickly. He advised our nearly 13 year old garage door opener was very close to the end of it's life. Gave us our options and we elected to replace the opener and the unraveling steel cables. new opener s a big upgrade to the old one. I would recommend Absolute to anyone.
