The guy was prompt and he fixed my washer.  I'm happy.

Our dryer stopped producing heat while operating.  Recalling that Aaron's appliance has done a great job for us in the past, we called and scheduled an appointment to have a service tech come out and fix it.  They scheduled David to come out the same day.  He was exactly on time.  He quickly diagnosed and noted the problem for us, ran out to the truck, got the part, and fixed it in less than half an hour.  The part was a component in a kit; rather than charging us the full price of the kit, he only charged us for the part (from which I surmised that it was used--fine with me).  He left us with a $15-off coupon for a next visit.  He was friendly with our kids, respectful to us, and answered our questions as to how we could keep the problem from happening again.  We'll keep using Aaron's!

Built home in 1992; new refrigerator (GE) at that time with automatic ice dispenser in door which automatically dispensed ice, cubes or crushed. Over time (19 + years) 'flapper' on refrigerator door had to be replaced. Thinking this was a simple task I got online and located the diagram for the ice dispenser and parts plus costs. To my dismay, simple flapper cost $60 bucks from GE and replacement involved disassembling door to a limited extent as flapper worked off a pulley system for automatic opening and closing. Called Appliance Repair and service man came out gave me an estimate (but for the stupid price GE charged for the flapper, would have rated Appliance Repair charges as an A). Agreed and same serviceman returned (on time), after getting the part from GE, and installed same which took him about 1.5 hours due to having to disassemble ice dispenser in door. Everything was fine at that point.

About 2 weeks later I was getting ice from dispenser and, like a cartoon, dispenser would not shut off which resulted in ice overflowing out of refrigerator. Called Appliance Repair again--I did not think that issue was related to flapper replacement--so same person came out and indicated that the ice dispenser probably needed a new auger motor; those are not cheap.

Point of this is that service guy also indicated that the and quot;newand quot; refrigerators are not, in his opinion, nearly as good as the older models and unless there is a total breakdown, he recommends people keep their older models. So, as ice still being made, I simply had him disconnect the auger and render it inoperable. Refrigerator works fine and I still have my ice although I have to manually retrieve the cubes. He did not charge me anything extra for disconnection. Would not hesitate to use Appliance Repair again should the need arise.

Their service was great. They did what they were asked to do. They were punctual and got the job done, so I have no complaints. They did their job well, and they were good.

We have used them before. I couldn't get my favorite repair person but it was OK.

We have used them numerous times and they have always been good.  They are very clear about their pricing and tell you upfront.  They tell you, so much to come to your house, so much for the parts and so on.  They don’t fool around it.  They are honest about it and they are reasonable.  We will continue to use them in the future.

Company was prompt with service call and the price was reasonable. However,  I was not instilled with confidence when repair man pulled up in a beat up old car with dents in it. There was no name on the vehicle of the business. He walked up to the door and was still talking on his cell phone on a personal call when I answered the door. He was in old dirty clothes with no name of the company on them. There was no professionalism and repairman did not seem very knowledgeable about the problem we were having with our stove. After a very short time he said he could not fix it, that they no longer made the part and I'd have to buy a new stove. I did not feel confident that the repairman knew what he was talking about. When he left, he referred me to another company if I wanted to buy a used stove. 

I filed an experience report on this business some time ago. I recently had what I perceived to be a problem with my automatic washer. I called The Appliance Man and gave a description of the problem to Cindy the phone manager. She consulted with the service man and he suggested how I could handle the problem without incurring the cost of a service visit. I greatly appreciated that approach to the matter and will certainly call them again if I have a large appliance problem.

The repair person arrived on time and was very professional. He informed me of what the possible problems were and advised me of whether it would be cost affective to have the repairs done to the appliance. He called me back the next day to find out what my decision on repair or replace and mailed me the receipt for the onsite call.

Called about getting the refrigerator repaired about 10:00 and the service repairman was here by 12:00 and completed the repair in about one hour.

Within 15 minutes, Kenny found out what was wrong with my fridge. He knew what parts were needed and fixed the icemaker. He was just wonderful! He charged me $49.50 when they come out for the service call. Otherwise, they deduct the $49.50 from the total amount. Showed up on time, nice, and polite. Everything was wonderful and I will use him again!

I called to get my dishwasher repaired. The company scheduled an appointment 4 days from the time that I called. They were supposed to call me 30 minutes in advance to notify me that they were on their way to meet me so that I could be there. I called on the day of the appointment after waiting on them to confirm that they were still coming only to find out that (a) they had the appointment on their schedule on a different day than they had told me, and (b) they had the wrong phone number recorded for me. Needless to say, they missed their appointment and I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them only to find out they were not coming as promised.

The first repairman to come out spent a little time looking and told me the pump was not working well and that I needed a new pump and motor. Since the motor was still working, I questioned him on it. He said he'd go back to the shop and look at a diagram and call me. He didn't, but I called again and talked to another repairman, Andy, who was very knowledgeable and explained that now these items are only sold as a unit, but that he'd come back out at no charge and double check to see what was wrong. He came out and after taking the dishwasher apart (something the first man hadn't done) determined the chopper was broken and clogged up. He ordered that part and after replacing it, the dishwasher works well.

The first repairman to come out was Chris. He looked at it and spent some time listening to it fill, etc., and told me I needed to replace the pump and motor. I questioned him because the motor was working and in fact, I could still use the bottom rack, although it, too, was not doing as well as previously. He said really I just needed a pump, but would have to buy the pump/motor assembly. He said he'd go back to the shop and look at some drawings to be sure. I called again to speak to another technician because I really doubted that I'd need to pay for a new motor just to get a new pump. I turns out that these are actually now sold as a unit, but they did sent out another technician named Andy who actually took the dishwasher apart and discovered I needed a new chopper only. He ordered and replaced that part and things work well now.

IT WAS MORE PAINLESS THAN I THOUGHT. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A HASSLE TO GET A REPAIRMAN OUT HERE BUT WE JUST CALLED HIM, HE SHOWED UP, WE PAID HIM AND BOOM. WE CALLED, HE CALLED BACK, SAID HE'D BE THERE WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME, AND HE WAS. THE DRYER'S WORKING JUST FINE.

THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH WHAT THEY DID. THEY GAVE TIPS TO US ON WHAT WE COULD DO FOR TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEMS. THEY FIXED WHATEVER WAS POSSIBLE RATHER THAN REPLACING A WHOLE UNIT. THEY'VE DONE THAT ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS.

THEY WERE HONEST AND UPFRONT BY TELLING ME WHAT THE PRICE WAS TO DO THE SERVICE. THEY CALLED, SHOWED UP ON TIME AND I MET THEM. WE'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE DRYER SINCE.

THEY CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY AND WERE PROMPT. THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. WEVE USED THEM BEFORE BECAUSE THEYRE VERY GOOD. I THINK THEIR PRICES WERE REASONABLE.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DID WAS FINE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THE ONLY COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE IS THEY CHARGED $88 FOR A JOB THAT PROBABLY TOOK ABOUT FIVE MINUTES.
