Locally and family owned, our clients know they can depend on us for professional care at very competitive prices. We repair a wide range of appliances, including high-end appliances, freestanding ice machines, and anything in the kitchen and laundry room. Our factory-trained technicians use modern-day test equipment to ensure precise diagnostics and repairs. All work, including parts and labor, is fully guaranteed for your peace of mind. Licensed and insured, we offer same-day/next-day service in most cases, with well-stocked trucks and expert technicians ready to handle your repair needs. We have several top refrigeration technicians who are capable of replacing compressors and performing other sealed system repairs. The service call fee is separate from the repair and due at the time of service. When repairs are made, parts, tax, and labor are charged in addition to the service call fee, and also due at the time of service. Our service hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and we are closed on Sundays. "Mr. [Member Name Removed], I am sorry you were disappointed with our service. Our records indicate the technician was out on a complaint of water leaking from the top of your washer. When certain issues are intermittent, and especially in case of water leaks, it can take a bit to track down the source of the problem. Unfortunately, our technicians are not usually able to spend 45 minutes to an hour (or more in some cases) watching a washer or dishwasher cycle all the way through. That is likely why he would have asked you to take a video the next time the leak occurred. In your case, however, the leak occurred soon after he left your home, and he returned immediately. A t that time he determined the leak was coming from the bleach dispenser. As he was out on Saturday, January 12th, and this is not a very common issue, he advised that he would look up the part needed and call Monday, January 14th with the repair cost. On Monday, January 14th, he did call and leave a message quoting a total repair cost for part, labor, and tax. We never received a return call indicating whether or not repair was wanted. Please know that we are in the office Monday through Saturday to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Aable Appliance Repair"

1--technician determined the problem and provided an estimate to repair. We decided against repair since new machine would be in same price range. Service charge very reasonable. 2--technician determined problem (frozen coils) and suggested way we could likely fix it ourselves. No place to store food, so we had him make the repair (unfreeze coils with hair dryer). Labor cost was a little more than I expected, but not outrageous, and tech did a good job. H also replaced gasket around freezer door. Required a separate trip but there was no additional service charge.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel this one is necessary . Called Aable on Friday, and made appointment for the next day, Saturday. (No extra fees for weekend.) Had a window of service between 9:00am-1:00pm. Aable called 30min. before tech arrived. Enter "Dave the Magnificent ".) I had removed the ice maker from the unit, but that didn't bother Dave. He analyzed the problem immediately, and made necessary repairs in 15min.(no parts needed)WOW!!! He then explained the problem, and how to avoid it in the future. It was a pleasure to do business with a small business that really cares. All expectations were met perfectly. I highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future, when necessary.

Aable doesn't do vent cleaning but they referred me to the local Dryer Vent Wizard. Less than 24 hours from my call, they did the job in less than 3 hours for a reasonable price. I would use them again.

This was such a wonderful experience. Called and made an appointment. The repairman (Dave) called before he came (as requested). Very nice fellow! He was here took a look at the dryer, knew right away what the problem was, gave us a quote, we agreed to have it fixed. In 15 minutes we had our gas dryer back!!!! I looked at new dryers at a price of 600.00 and am so glad I called AAble Repair. They did a great job! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Scheduling was easy. I called on Friday and they came out on Monday. I also spoke to the tech on the phone to get a ballpark estimate of possible scenarios and costs. Although the service visit window was 4 hours, Aable called 30 minutes in advance to say the tech was on his way. The tech (Aaron) diagnosed that pump motor was bad. He also noticed that the shocks were bad. He outlined the pros and cons of repair vs purchasing a new washer. We decided on repair. He had the pump motor on his truck and installed it in short order. The replacement shocks were ordered and installed within 2 days. The washer now runs better (and quieter) than it did even before the motor failed. The technician was efficient, considerate and neat (no mess was left for us to clean up)! HIs follow-up visit was equally professional. I would use them again.

They referred me to a Vent Specialist who was awesome and installed a new Dryer Vent that met building code. They gave me a price to fix the Dryer but my husband and I decided too buy a new Dryer. It was installed today by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They were impressed with the new Dryer Vent.
