I had dentures done, he was very nice but I paid 1800 for my dentures and they would not do my follow up to make my dentures fit. I realize that by gums will shirnk but they should of told me that it was extra most place do the first two for free.

I first saw Dr. Mayes in 2005. My front tooth had broken off at the gum line. He did a fixed bridge consisting of 10 teeth replacing a partial bridge and 2 missing teeth. My smile is beautiful thanks to Dr. Mayes and his team of professionals. My bite is better than it ever was and it is easier to eat now! Over the years I have seen all of the dentists in this practice and would recommend any of them. All of the hygienists are all very skilled and thorough. The office staff are professional and competent. I am also very impressed at their sanitation of instruments and equipment. It is a very clean and sanitary. We are very fortunate to have such an expert team of dental professionals here in London, Kentucky.

From beginning to end my visit was wonderful. The waiting area is always clean with good television programming. I didn't have to wait more than five minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The receptionist as always was very friendly and the staff are always well presented and professional. I was taken back and tended to within minutes with all fears and concerns addressed and calmed. Dr Wood walked me through every step of my procedure and never once touched my mouth without letting me know what he was doing first.

I had my teeth cleaned by Julie and she did a great job! I also had x-rays which were digital and they showed me the results right there on the computer screen. Everyone at London Dental is nice, courteous and pleasant to visit. I got top notch service from the phone call to schedule all the way through check out.

I have been a patient of London Dental, Jerry Mayes and Michael Wood for apx. 1 year. I was referred to Dr.Wood by a friend as I have serious dental anxiety issues. Dr.Wood and his staff have been amazing when it comes to dealing with my nerves. Explaining everything and taking great care. I have since signed my children as patients and could not speak any higher of London Dental.

The overall experience was good. The dental hygienist was friendly and performed a thorough cleaning. The dentist was friendly, informative and expedient.
