With over 30 years of experience with both portable vacuum cleaners and central vacuum systems, we can service almost any brand or kind of vacuum on the market. We have the largest inventory of repair parts in the area for quick turn around on your vacuum and the maintenance supplies you need from a simple belt change to that hard to find filter. What we don't have, we can get. We also sell and install central vacuum systems in both new and existing homes. Whether you are building now or your home is 50 years old, We can probably get a system in your home.

Very well! I brought it in, and they were able to check it out right away. They checked the suction power and switches/levers. It turned out that my daughter left the brush switch to 'Off' so the brush wasn't moving :-/ They confirmed suction was still strong and they even lubricated the floor/carpet switch so it was easier to adjust. The staff at Tom's Vacuum Clinic are patient, knowledgeable and friendly! Even though I didn't "purchase" anything this time (because it wasn't needed), they definitely gained a new customer!

What excellent service! He went to the trouble of teaching me how to repair the problem with my vacuum in the future should it happen again. Did some overall maintenance in addition to fixing the problem I was having with the brush assembly, and only charged me 10 bucks! Super friendly, too.

I stopped in at the end of the day, not knowing anything about Tom's and thinking that I would drop off my vacuum for eventual repair. But they took a look at it right then and there, and concluded that it was a simple clog. Well, they fixed it! I was about to buy a new vacuum for $200, but, instead, I paid about $13 for the repair and went home with a new-old vac. Excellent service. If we had more repair shops like this, perhaps more people would repair their old stuff, instead of constantly buying new stuff.

My experience couldn't have been better! As I previously mentioned, I was in and out in less than half an hour with two vacuums working perfectly, and I paid about $10.00 for the parts AND the service- and they even carried the vacuums out to my car for me. I am THRILLED with the experience and would DEFINITELY recommend Tom's for vacuum repairs! They also sell vacuums, and when the ones I have eventually need replacing, I'll check out the selection at Tom's, simply because of the customer service I received with my repairs!

They were very helpful in helping my decide what type of vacuum to buy based on my needs (I have a dog who sheds constantly). They were not pushy. The vacuum has had some repair issues since then, most of which were my fault and not the vacuums but they have been helpful in fixing it for me.
