The plumber was very professional. He came in one time, did the job thoroughly but in a timely manner. The whole service is very satisfactory.

They were unable to do the service.

My experience with them was okay. They just did what was needed done. There were no issues. The guy came in, knew what to do and did it.

What an excellent plumbing provider. Called and scheduled within the same day. Larger plumbing providers quoted 2 1/2 Xs higher price Rapid Plumbing quoted over the phone. The price for the final job was actually lower that the phone quote; that never happens!!. I have a big sewer line job due in the summer and this company just earned our business. It was fine. Actually, it was a very easy fix and afterwards, I felt kind of silly for paying that much. The only thing I wish they would have done is looked at some other things because we paid for 2 hours and I think they were only there for about 15 minutes. They fixed the problem but I wouldn't have minded a little bit of going above and beyond to check some other things out and make sure everything else looks okay.

Very professional from first call to work. Had a problem with leak under house during recent snow and ice storm. The plumber went under house, found problem was a drain in shower. Offered suggestions and only charged half a service call. Very professional company. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jacob arrived within a couple of hours as promised. He was professional and performed repairs expeditiously. He found two different locations where the pipes burst without taking out too much drywall. Rates were reasonable considering it was an emergency and after hours. We definitely recommend and will use this company again.

Always does good work at a competitive, reasonable price and has always managed to send a tech to our house quickly, especially in a couple of 'emergencies' we've had. Nothing like an old house....

This is the second time I have used Rapid Plumbing. They have to be the ONLY service/repair I've used who has come to my house and done exactly what I have asked them to do, and had all the materials needed for the job. No problems and no issues.

This all began when our kitchen sink would not drain properly, we had several issues going on. I am extremely unknowledgeable when it comes to plumbing issues. Huey explained everything simply so I could understand what was going on. He fixed everything promptly and efficiently. I would and have recommended Rapid Plumbing to my friends and family, if I every need anything else, I will call them first. Thank you so much Huey !

We purchased two hours at a certain rate. Technician wasn't prepared to stay for that amount of time and seemed to be annoyed when we asked him to look at something else.

They weren't successful in their initial attempt, but they did clear the toilet on the second try. Furthermore, the plumbers were personable, and they didn't leave any messes.

I had non-emergency plumbing issues. Fortunately, I was able to schedule service for the day after I called Rapid Plumbing. When you schedule, they give you about a 2 hour a window of time that they may be at your location. As promised, they called 30 minutes before they planned to arrive at my home. The plumber arrived on time. He was courteous and quick with the repairs. He offered good advice to keep the disposal running smoothly. I used my Angie's list coupon and the cost was fair. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Service was excellent....we just bought two hours of service time and it took him about 20 minutes. That's why I gave them a B on price. It was a special deal....not their fault.

Arrived ahead of schedule although I had been called to make sure that was ok. It was not only ok it was great. A gentleman named Jacob took care of my problem and I will certainly call for him next time I have a problem.

We noticed our toilet running when we returned home on a Sunday afternoon after being gone for a few hours. We were unable to fix the problem ourselves because when you went to shut off the valve it leaked. I got on Angie's List and bought the deal of $99 for two hours of service and put in my preferred times and within an hour or so we had an appointment set up for the next morning. The plumber came and fixed the problem in less than half an hour. The next morning I heard a faint noise that sounded like the toilet was running so we called back and they said they would send him back to fix the problem free of charge. He returned that morning and found there was part of the broken valve in the tank and that was what was causing the problem. He removed the piece and the toilet has been working fine. I was very impressed with their quick response and customer service. We will certainly be using them again in the future when we have plumbing needs.

They were not able to replace plumbing and that was the work we needed.

I had a broken pipe in the barn that I had wanted repaired and he found that it was broken in three places. He was able to complete that repair. I thought that the prices for the additional parts required were a bit on the high side. He was completed with the work when there was still half of an hour left allotted through the deal. He was able to repair the toilet that I had him look at within the time still left. He did a good job with the work.
